The space
Please take advantage of sunny Las Vegas by enjoying our backyard that includes: a bbq grill, a fire pit, a corn hole set, and several bird feeders that are visited by an array of hummingbirds. Inside, our 2,800 square foot, five-bedroom, 3 bathroom home is thoughtful pieced together with you in mind. We provide high-speed, wireless, gigablast internet, kitchen equipped with cooking necessities so that you can prepare and devour a family dinner. We don’t want your pets missing out on the fun either; with that being said, pets are welcome.
Our minimalistic-style approach bodes well with group gatherings and copious amounts of entertainment. As you can see, choosing our home is the easy part. Deciding on how long you are going to stay is a different story...

- Smoking is permitted in the backyard only. A $200 fine will be charged if this policy is not followed.
- Please note the check-in and check-out times. Requests for early check-ins/ late check-outs are considered. Such requests must be at least 48 hours before the date requested. Our cleaners need all the time they can get to make this house nice and clean for your stay!
- We ask that if you have pets joining you that you clean up any of their waste. We will charge a $225 fine for pet waste that is left in the front/back yard.
- A professional cleaning crew comes before your visit to make sure the home is exceptional upon your arrival.
- We take your health and safety of our team very seriously and have implemented additional processes to ensure this home is thoroughly disinfected prior to each visit. Your safety and comfort in our home is our priority.
