Wonderful and pretty
We were in the Cynthiana area to explore our roots and the barn was the perfect place to relax at the end of some very hot, long days. It is spotlessly clean and stocked with anything you could need. Gwen was responsive to our needs and a wonderful host. Would definitely stay there again

Beautiful barn and view!
This place is amazing! The barn is beautiful, you walk in and you can’t believe you’re in a barn. It has everything you could need and it was spotless. Gwen is an amazing host and offered to help with recommendations for the area. The only bad thing was that we only stayed two days. Would love to come back if we’re ever traveling to Kentucky again.

Wish we could have stayed longer!
Gwen is a delight and has outdone herself. This property is a must stay! It is very unique and so well thought out. I really appreciated her attention to detail since I had forgotten to bring a few things. My oldest son and I live far apart and had the opportunity to meet up and I knew instantly it was perfect for us to stay here. The drive to it was gorgeous and the property itself is really well taken care of. The kitchen was organized and so easy to cook in, which we loved. The beds were such a wonderful surprise as they are adjustable and boy did we appreciate that. Best sleep ever!! If you enjoy beautiful views, peace and quiet, all the amenities you could ever want, including pet friendly, STAY HERE! It will not disappoint. I can't wait to visit again and explore the beautiful area.

The best location for a perfect girls trip
This is my second time staying at Deva Farm and it’s perfect. The host thinks of everything and the property is gorgeous. A quick 15 minute drive into Paris KY is a must. Thanks Gwen for having us and we will see you again!

Beautiful Barn for Bridal Room and Honeymoon
My stay at Deva Barn was more than I could have hoped for. I stayed the first night with my bridal party and used the barn to be able to get ready for my wedding. The Barn was clean and had everything I could have needed. We enjoyed an evening around the fire pit watching the sunset, stars and the Starlink Satellite train. It was the perfect place to relax the night before my wedding. It was a beautiful place to get ready for my wedding. I had all of my pre-wedding pictures taken on the gorgeous property. Gwen (the hostess) was incredible to work with and she did everything she could to make my stay for my wedding as stress free as possible. I’m already trying to figure out when I can return for a longer stay!

Property was everything it claimed to be and more. Farmhouse has beautiful fixtures and amazing morning and evening views. I drank my morning coffee to the sounds of the country. We planned activities in the surrounding areas but would have been happy to spend it all on the property.

Peaceful farm setting with family
We really enjoyed the Barn! Gwen was an amazing host, very responsive. Kitchen had everything (seasonings, evoo, pots, pans, foil) to grill the 2 nights we did and there was enough firewood-we used the pit all 3 nights (s’mores too!). The Barn has great views and we stargazed (brought telescope and used apps to identify constellations, spotted Saturn and shooting stars. We had a full moon, and on last night it was all orange) And, the cows…there is a pasture with these adorable black cows that would appear now and then. Not sure if they were milking cows or what but on our last 2 days, we saw babies! At least 3 lying close to the fence or walking near mamas. Just another little treat. I chose The Barn for a remote farm experience and the great reviews for our fam of 4 (two 21+ sons) on a bourbontour. Cynthiana was further out, but I’m glad we rented because the time spent w/ family in this peaceful, pastoral setting each night was something we all really needed. Itinerary? Day1Angel’s Envy then lunch B4 getting to the Barn, immediately at firepit w/ cocktails, s’mores&tunes. Day2:Woodford,Buffalo, Prodigy winery (eh, nearby pasture was cool– pet & befriended horses) then back to our peaceful retreat. Day3:Claiborne Farm, Lex’s Distillery Dist. (Elkhorn &Pepper dist.), lunch at Lex Native Garden Café (love the Zen), grocery run, back to Barn.Day4 back 2 STL-Heaven Hill tasting then Exchange Pub New Albany. We loved Kentucky!Thank you Gwen for helping make our vaca amazing

Awesome Property
We had a great time staying at the Barn. Gwen was very nice and helpful. The Barn has very new appliances. Everything is very clean. The gas grill had an extra propane tank which always makes me feel better when cooking on the grill. All the wood, kindling and fire starters for the fire pit are present. (We turned over the chairs by the fire pit when we were not using them because birds like to sit on the chairs and bird droppings would get on the chairs.) Cows were fun to be close to. We would definitely stay at the Barn again.

We looked for accommodations in the Lexington ares so that we could visit horse country and the ARK Encounter. The Barn was perfect. It was very clean and so comfortable. The neighborhood was beautiful. And, Gwen, the owner, is so hospitable. It was great to meet her and get to visit with her. My group highly recommends The Barn!

Such an amazing experience!
This property is AMAZING! Nestled in a country setting-it was so peaceful and relaxing. And I cannot say enough good things about Gwen-the host. She was in contact with the the entire time. She even called to check on the “girl crew” when we didn’t arrive soon after the check in time to make sure we were okay (we had made a stop at the outlet stores). Gwen has thought of everything-you name it and she has it stocked at The Barn. We couldn’t have asked for a better host. She is amazing and I will definitely be going back to stay at The Barn again.

Home Away From Home
Perfection! View, friends and the best place to stay. Hands down our most favorite place to visit. The barn and surroundings literally make you feel like your at home. Clean and everything you could possibly need plus some. Room to run around for the kids and just enjoy the peaceful scenery. The perfect peaceful getaway
My husband and I absolutely loved this peaceful farm house. The property owner is super sweet before and during our stay. Everything you need to know is communicated well in advance of check in. Wonderful Week!
We had a wonderful time at Deva’s Farm celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary. The home and setting are gorgeous. We enjoyed beautiful sunrises and sunsets every day. The stocked fire pit was enjoyed almost every evening. The accommodations were excellent. Gwen & Mark have thought of everything to make our stay so perfect. The kitchen is well stocked and all the utensils, dishes, glasses, cookware, appliances were in excellent condition. The living room was very comfortable along with the master bedroom and bath. All the amenities you need were provided! Gwen was very responsive to our requests and she gave us great recommendations. We will certainly return. It felt like home away from home! Thank you Gwen & Mark!

A Piece of Heaven in Bourbon County
I cannot recommend The Barn at Deva's Farm enough! The owner Gwen was just a delight to work with! She answered all my questions about the area, made recommendations for things to do, and also checked in on us before, during, and after our stay. The Barn itself was beautiful and so well appointed and stocked. I honestly wish we could've stayed longer. If you're looking to get away from it all and enjoy a piece of heaven in Bourbon County, be sure to book your stay at the Barn!

The best of country life.
A scenic, quiet and very well laid out and decorated vacation suite in a modern barn shell. We spent 4 nights and lived the place. Our host was very resoectful of our privacy but also very welcoming and responsive to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. We will be back.
