Maison de charme traditionnelle nouvelle Angleterre Cottage- Près de la plage

Charme bien nommé la maison trouve moins d'un mile de Shore Beach Sud. Maison peut accueillir jusqu'à 7 avec beaucoup d'espace pour toute la famille! Immense cour est parfait pour les jeunes enfants à errer librement, un barbecue de famille et tout simplement se détendre. Trois chambres à l'étage, grande salle de bains principale comprend, 2ème chambre a lits superposés et 3ème chambre offre un lit queen size. Sous sol aménagé offre un espace et d'intimité. Douche extérieure est parfaite pour rincer les pieds de sable après une journée à la plage. Jours de basculement sont généralement dimanche au samedi accueillir mariages, mais s'il vous plaît demander si un autre jour de passage est disponible pour votre créneau horaire souhaité. Vérifiez-Out / Check-In fois sont généralement 11: 00/3: 00, mais s'il vous plaît demander si d'autres moments sont disponibles pour vous.

Menopause Slumber Party!
Stayed at this beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood with Friends and Family for a girls weekend away. We had the best time! Ariana was awesome to book through. She was so quick to respond to any message I sent. The house was very clean and beautiful. Beds were comfy. The neighborhood was very quiet. Highly recommend staying here! Thank you again Ariana! We really had the best weekend!

Family Fun
This house was perfect for our family! If you are looking for a house your kids will love this is it! We had two young teens that loved the bunk area and ping-pong table and two younger kids that loved all the games and the small table upstairs for drawing and playing. The house is clean and well maintained. The location is great. My family has been coming to Little Compton for over 30 years, since I was a child. We have stayed in a lot of houses through the years and this one just jumped to the top of the list!

Best provisioned VRBO
This VRBO was more than amply supplied with everything you could possible need; lots of plates, silverware, mugs etc etc. many DVD’s for viewing pleasure. Comfortable beds and lots of space for the 6 of us. Lovely backyard with multiple bird visitors. It was the perfect place for our family get together.

Don’t sleep on this amazing LC house!
Fantastic house and fantastic location in one of our favorite places. This house is even better than the photos show! Really comfortable, beautifully appointed bedrooms, great general spaces on first floor and basement, a mini table that fit our son perfectly for crafts and playtime, tons of cool toys, puzzles and movies, an outdoor shower, a patio and grill for daytime burgers and evening meals with veggies from nearby farms. All this and it’s 3 minutes from the beach, 5 minutes from our fave local cafe, lunch spot, general store/grocery, farms and playground, 15 minutes or less to the huge grocery store, the most popular ice cream spots, the hip new French cafe and shops. Definitely look forward to returning!

Best house in LC
This house is perfectly appointed and great for groups of family or friends. There are two living rooms, an excellent kitchen and lots of toys and videos. There’s even a full spice cabinet and everything you need to make a lobster dinner. What it lacks in a water view it makes up for with a private back yard and patio. We had fun games of corn hole and ping pong. Ariana is a gracious and responsive host. I’m definitely going to try to book this house next time I’m in LC

A great house near the beach for families or friends
My friends and I spent a long weekend at Ariana's beautiful Little Compton home. It was sparkling clean, spacious and near the beach. The entire area is so charming, beautiful and quiet! I highly recommend this house for a relaxing, fun vacation in coastal Rhode Island.

Even on a Rainy Memorial Day Weekend...
Oh, we had such a relaxing, enjoyable Memorial Day weekend stay at this comfortable Home!! Yes, the Rain was almost constant but we had nice walks around the neighborhood and a short drive to see the Storm' s Impact at South Shore Beach but this Cozy, Clean Home provided a Restful, Comfortable Spot to "weather the Storm!" We found everything So clean and appliances, etc. working fine! There is a great selection of DVDs that we enjoyed! The Beach and Little Compton Decor and Pictures add so much to the relaxing, beach vibe!! The Layout of the Home works well with the Living Spaces on the first floor and the three Bedrooms upstairs. There is also a half Bath on the first floor with Washer & Dryer and a Master ensuite Bath as well as the full Guest Bathroom on the second floor. However, the "Basement" also affords another cozy Sitting area as well as a Large "Bunkbed." One caveat is that those with Mobility Issues might find entering the Home to be challenging, as one needs to climb stairs to get to the first floor. Again, the Location of the Home is Wonderful! The Neighborhood is Nice for walking, ( the Backyard also has a patio area with a Table & comfortable Benches) and you are not too far from shops, restaurants, etc. Oh, we had such a Relaxing, Cozy Time at this Lovely Home and I look forward to Returning!!

Beautiful, very clean home. Huge and comfortable bed in master bedroom. Close to the beach. We packed light and were grateful there was a room with a bunch of toys that our kids really enjoyed playing with. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Love the area.

Charming home, in beautiful farm country!
The house surpassed our expectations! The owners had thought of small details that made our rental experience much more pleasant and the house itself is nicely laid out with modern fixtures. The toy room for the kids was a wonderful surprise! We would definitely visit again.

Perfect Relaxing Getaway in Little Compton, RI
My family had a lovely time at Ariana’s beautiful home. It was exactly as described with tons of space for a large family. There were only three of us and our small dog. The kitchen had everything you could imagine so you could prepare your meals at home or grill on the BBQ outside. We dined outside a couple of evenings and enjoyed the windchimes, birds chirping as well as the bunnies and groundhogs. My daughter was just thrilled to see all the wildlife. There was also a table in the kitchen as well as a spacious dining room and living room with a huge comfy sofa with direct tv. Please note you can’t access cable, but we didn’t come for tv. The master bedroom was huge with a large closet and private bathroom. The queen bed was comfy. The second bedroom was also lovely. The 3rd bedroom is a bunk and definitely geared for kids who don’t mind a hard mattress. There was a whole area downstairs with a playroom and den that we didn’t even use! We were 45 minutes from Newport which I highly recommend. A couple great little spots are Art Cafe for coffee and Grays ice cream. Ariana also left a sweet package for us with things we could use like detergent, garbage bags, etc on the table. Nice touch. Highly recommend staying here.

The best place in LC!
I’ve been renting each summer for 20 years and this place was the best. If you love to cook and you want a well appointed kitchen and home to relax and enjoy Little Compton—this is it. The finished lower level is a must when family needs to spread out—especially in inclement weather. A great play area stocked with games, puzzles, and toys. An extra fridge and complete family room on the lower level, too. The back yard is completely private. With the square teak outdoor dining table that can comfortably seat 8 people this is a wonderful family spot.

The house was absolutely beautiful and a perfect place for our annual girl's weekend. Super spacious, perfect layout and awesome yard! It is in a nice secluded area, but still close enough to everything we wanted to do. We visited a nearby winery and a few restaurants in the area. I wish the weather was nice enough to hit the beach! We would definitely love to come back and visit :-)
