Chic Open Designer House w Pool

Summary:
This sleek, open-concept designer property is just steps from from Venice's greatest restaurants and shops. Discover everything that Venice has to offer. This 4bed/3bath home, thoughtfully designed and completely remodeled, is a one-of-a-kind experience. Wake up to a leisurely cup of coffee with the sound of a waterfall in the background, and end each day in our beautiful outdoor patio with a pool and jacuzzi. Our home's attention to detail will never leave you wanting.

The Space:
The property has 4 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a walk-in closet and a private bathroom. The second bedroom is next to a shared bathroom. The master bedroom has its own bathroom with two sinks and a spacious shower. The fourth room is a sunroom that can be converted into a bedroom. The bedding is in a wooden basket and the pillows are in the drawers. The property has a large living room, kitchen with dining area that can accommodate 8 people. The backyard has a patio with a table for 6 people and four sun loungers. The pool and the hot tub are controlled by an app. PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH THE POOL HEATER as we have no control over it once you touch it. There is an additional fee for heating the pool of $90/day. Please reach out to us if you'd like to have the pool heated.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home. Please note that the Guest House next door is occupied.

The Neighborhood:
The home is located in a very quiet and residential neighborhood in Venice. The closets grocery store is minutes away from the Home. Abbot Kinney Boulevard is a 6 minutes drive or a 30 min walk from the home. Venice Beach is a 8 minutes walk. LAX Airport is 20 minutes away from the home (by car).

Getting Around:
It is very easy to get around from this location. It is very quick to get an Uber and a lot of attractions can be reached by bike or foot. The closets grocery store is a 9 minutes walk away from the property. There are also a lot of shops and restaurant within walking distance.

Other Things to Note:
GUEST COUNT:
Please confirm that your reservation is for the correct # of people, as you may not have any guests on the property beyond those included in your rental agreement. Additional day guests are limited by local restrictions and must leave the property by 8pm. If you need to update this number, just let us know!

DOGS:
No pets are allowed without prior written consent. If the property is dog friendly, there is an additional $90 a day per dog, maximum of 2 dogs. Please let us know if you will be bringing your buddy and we will send an alteration request and update our notes, so please be sure to send us a note about your pet. Please note we do not allow cats or any other pets in our homes. Unless the backyard space is fully fenced, dogs need to stay on leash at all times. This is to protect your furry friends from any hazards as well as prevent them from wandering into neighbors yards. We appreciate your assistance with us and hope you understand it is for everyone’s safety.

Please note that if evidence of a pet(s) is found in the house or on the premises without previous authorization, we will be forced to ask you to leave the property.

COMMERCIAL SHOOTS:
No unauthorized commercial photo or film shoots are permitted unless approved by management in advance.

NOISE:
It is unlawful in our area for any renter to make or allow to be made, any loud, excessive, or intrusive noise that causes annoyance to any reasonable person of normal sensitivities in the area. While we know this is broad, we ask that if you were expecting to be loud or play music outside between 10 p.m. and 9 a.m., that you find another location for your holiday.

NON-SMOKING HOUSE:

Smoking is strictly prohibited, and you will incur an additional charge of $500 for deodorizing the house if any evidence of any kind of smoking is found.

If you will be smoking on the patio, then you must do so with the patio door closed at all times. Please dispose of cigarette butts safely and do not throw them on the plants or down the glass fence to the yard.

GARBAGE DISPOSAL:
The trash is picked up every Tuesday. Our handyman comes every Monday to take out the trash cans and brings them back in Tuesday afternoon.

HAZARDOUS PRACTICES:

Candle burning is not permitted inside the unit. Do not dismantle smoke detectors as they are there for your protection.

HOUSEKEEPING:

There is no daily maid service unless requested and paid off in advance. A cleaning house is provided upon arrival. Fresh linens and towels are included and not to be taken from the unit. Lost, stained or damaged towels and/or bed linens will be deducted from your security deposit. An initial setup of toilet paper, soap and shampoo is also provided but please note that we don’t replenish these items unless. Extra items needed are the responsibility of the Tenant. There is a $$$ fee if you require additional maid service during your stay (Please contact us to inquire about this service). At check-out, if excessive cleaning is determined by the housekeeping company that is beyond a “normal” final clean, extra cleaning charges will be incurred.

SLEEPING CAPACITY/DISTURBANCES:

Guest(s) and all other occupants will be required to vacate the premises and forfeit the rental fee for any of the following: Occupancy exceeding the sleeping capacity, using the premises for any illegal activity, causing damage to the premises rented or to any of the neighboring properties and any other acts which interferes with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises. NO LOUD MUSIC OR PARTIES ARE ALLOWED.

MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS:

Please report any maintenance/repair needs for the premises to us and we will respond as quickly as possible. Always contact us as we have our own maintenance staff. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating and air conditioning, appliances, televisions, and stereos.
Make sure to use placemats and cup holders when using the dining and living room table. They are delicate and we don't want to have to charge you for any damages.

ONLINE ORDERS:

We do not take any kind of shipments from any online retailer before your arrival. If you have things that need to be shipped before your arrival, please have them sent and hold at the local post office.


CHECK OUT:

Check out time is before 11:00 AM.

Unless a late check-out has been arranged and confirmed, our cleaning company will enter the property at 11am and it must be vacant at that time. You will be charged a $75/hr rate for any period of time the cleaning company has to wait past 11am. If the cleaning company is unable to clean the property in a timely manner and for that reason the upcoming guest were to cancel or we had to provide any type of compensation to the new guest, you will be charged for the loss of rental income from a canceled reservation or for the credit provided to the guest.

Great house!
We had 7 girls in this house for 2 nights and it was awesome! The house was exactly as described, lots of room for the 7 of us. The property management was very communicative. The pool and jacuzzi was perfect.... we did get it heated. Close to lots of good bars and restaraunts... walkable ( 5 minutes ) to the Penmar which was a fun vibe! Definitely would recommend~

Beautiful escape in Venice
Our adult family had a fabulous 3 day stay at this ultra chic little piece of heaven in Venice. Even more beautiful in person and mt standards are high. Two working gas fireplaces were a nice touch. Glass wall in living space opens completely so you feel like the outdoors comes in! Loved the hot tub too! Managing co and caretaker were very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely come back here again!

This is a beautiful home with all the amenities! We stay here for one week for our daughter’s wedding. Seven adults and one baby! Beautiful interior and exterior. Great location! Backyard is a lovely oasis. Kitchen fully equipped. We had one unexpected plumbing issue but overall a wonderful place to stay!

The property is gorgeous and perfectly match our expectations. This is a walking distance from Venice beach (around 20minutes) and has everything to host a large party like ours (2 adults couples, one teenager and a kid). the pool was the perfect size, and we took the heating option which was really great to us.

A beautiful home
This was the perfect home base for our stay in Venice. The home is clean, spacious, comfortable and relaxing. The kids absolutely loved the pool and hot tub and the adults loved the open concept that allowed the backyard to feel like an extension of the living room. The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located near the grocery store, restaurants, and shopping. It's short drive to Santa Monica The host was quick and responsive to any questions we had. We would highly recommend this home!

This is a beautiful property. Our family of 5 had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy all the living spaces especially the pool and spa. The property managers are great. They were very prompt in answering any questions. I would love to come back for more family time and relaxation.

Great house for a family!
