Centrally located in Los Angeles just 30-40 min from Downtown LA, Hollywood, & Disneyland and other neighboring cities. Private compound with free gated parking (1 space reserved)

We are centrally located to most LA attractions without the high price of living expense,

We own a private residential compound with four (4) separate private units on the lot, all with their own separate and private entrances from the gated parking/driveway area. The middle house has all the comforts of home. It is private and cozy and you have the entire unit all to yourself. It has a full kitchen. This unit do not have a yard. Apology

Bedroom #1 - queen bed, (sleeps 2)
Bedroom #2 - has 2 twin size beds, and 1 - pull up trundle (twin) - sleeps 3
Living Room #3 - has 2 sofa beds (sleeps - 2)

(one time-$50 set up fee and need to let us know during booking if you need the extra beds),

It is equipped with AC/Heat, coffee maker, Wifi, and Cable TV.

Just the Bare Necessities...and a loud dog
I have hesitated to write this review as the property managers were nice and easy to work with (until we asked for a fan due to the noise and never heard back). This house itself has lots of potential. There is plenty of space and lots of beds. That's it, though. There are no furnishings on the wall or elsewhere to make it feel cozy. Literally no pictures of any kind. No bedstands. All this we could handle, though it did not make it inviting. The neighborhood itself should be mentioned. Particularly, the neighbors. Their dog seems to sleep all day and bark ALL night. If you are in any room other than the main room, you need to have ear plugs, a noise machine, or noise cancelling headphones, unfortunately. This is not the owner's fault, but definitely made sleeping awful and therefore impacted our week in a negative way since we were very tired all week. The house has potential to be a nice place and the owner's are nice. Not sure how to handle the dog next door, however:(

Has potential
This property has great potential to be a very nice place to stay. But there are some issues that need to be addressed. I'll start with the positives: The property managers/owners were great. Met us there to let us in, very friendly, easy to get in touch with if we had questions. The place was clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. Some things that need to be improved: The unit we stayed in was not the unit that shows on the booking. This is a 4 unit building, we believe, and the booking pictures show the unit in the very back with the yard. The bedrooms were set up completely different, kitchen was different, etc. There were no side tables in any of the bedrooms. The two bedrooms besides the master had bunk beds instead of the twins pictured. This worked for ok for our group but may not for someone else. And, the most disappointing thing was the living room "furniture". There were no actual couches, just some kind of fold out futon-style bench and then wood cabinets with a pretty thin piece of covered foam on it and some pillows arranged across the back. One of these was placed across a wall that had an alcove in it, so there wasn't actually a way to sit where you could lean back. The other cabinet with the foam piece that was in front of a small section of wall was on rollers, so when you did lean back the unit moved forward. These were some the most uncomfortable things we have ever sat on, and made it next to impossible to relax in the evening.

Comfortable and spacious stay!
This space is great for family or groups, plenty of space and very clean. It is a little loud from neighbors, but not unbearable. Would suggest a coffee table and side tables for the bedrooms, but otherwise the space is very comfortable for being away from home. The property manager is very helpful and accommodating. Communicating instructions clearly and providing smooth support as needed. Really enjoyed the location as well, very comfortable walking around and easy to get anywhere in the city. :)

A lovely spot for a fun weekend
My friends and I were in town for Breeders' Cup and were excited to find this space that was a good driving distance from the racetrack. We appreciate the cleanliness of the space and its proximity to gas, shopping, and more as we navigated such a crazy weekend. Thank you!

The condition of this newly renovated townhouse was excellent. The manager, Sue, was very courteous. We requested a 2 p.m. check-in instead of 4 p.m. for my son's health condition. She accommodated our request. When we arrived, we had difficulty opening the security box with the code for the gate remote. I was pushing the button too quickly. Once I learned to push each number and wait for a beep, the code worked.

Wonderful Stay
Everything inside the home was lovely. The rooms were all very clean. There was a flight of stairs, which is important to consider if you have an elder with physical disability. That was my only limitation while staying here. Otherwise, it’s a perfect place to stay. My family & I were very grateful for our trip. Parking and checking in and out was convenient as well.

Close enough to LA
Nice and clean. Air conditioning seemed restricted to not go below 75 F? Location turned out to be great if you don't mind a little driving. The furnishings were bare and would not work well for remote work as there was no desk. Also, for vacationing, even though we were only there in the morning and at night, it was not comfortable for 4 adult men. Does have 2 full baths. And I misunderstood about the laundry - 4 blocks away - not on my vacation. Last but not least is parking - terrible - you may have to get up in the morning to let someone out to go to work if you are in a larger vehicle. You have to parallel park but if the people who live in the back have already parked - you can't maneuver into the space?

Apartment perfect for a long stay.
The apartment was clean and provided us some amenities that were appreciated for our a long stay. I have two things to underline. 1st: The blind in the master bedroom was not enough opaque to avoid a very early wake up each morning ... 2nd: The parking is not easy if you have a big renting car as we had. However, they accommodated us by being able to pack our vehicle to another residence they own which it was just beside the one we were staying.

The property is well kept and cleaned. I like that it has multiple beds for my family of five. The door lock uses WiFi and is easy to operate . The WiFi was down on our first day but the hosts helped us get in . It was overall a pleasant stay.
