Welcome to our newly remodeled Toluca Lake retreat, a haven of tranquility with a Zen-like atmosphere. This pool home is nestled behind gated walls on a sprawling 13,829 sq ft lot. The master bedroom, featuring a bath and a cozy gas fireplace, opens up to a serene yard with a refreshing pool. Two additional bedrooms also offer attached baths for added convenience.

The spacious living room, adorned with a fireplace, and the formal dining area overlook the private rear yard, creating an ideal space for relaxation and entertainment. The kitchen is a chef's dream with a 6-burner Wolf stove top, double oven, and granite counters. The laundry room, equipped with a washer and dryer, adds practicality to your stay.

Additional features include oak cabinets, a pantry, solid oak floors, new carpet, and fresh paint throughout. Floor-to-ceiling glass windows flood the interiors with natural light. Outside, a slate patio and rock paths lead to a completely private garden featuring a 40' updated French Gray pool with a depth of 3 feet at both ends, providing a perfect oasis for relaxation.

This home accommodates up to 8 guests with three bedrooms and three full baths. The bedding includes a king, queen, and two full-sized beds. Parking is a breeze with a driveway plus a spacious garage, allowing room for up to 5 cars.

Our property is gated, ensuring your privacy. The expansive circular drive adds a touch of elegance. With Teak & Iron gates, 18' high hedges, and antique Japanese Temple doors, the entrance is truly enchanting. Enjoy the convenience of two fireplaces, enclosed showers, and gorgeous marble counters in three baths.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

You will be asked to sign a Los Angeles Good Neighbor Policy prior to your stay.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

Forman Ave House
Property was as advertised. Spacious, with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Pool in the yard, which was great as we stayed during a hot spell and enjoyed swimming and relaxing by the pool. Unfortunately, the air conditioner could not keep the house cool during this heatwave, so it wasn't as comfortable as we had hoped.Neighborhood was quiet and had dining and shopping options within walking distance. A short drive to Universal Studios and Hollywood Bowl. I would definitely stay there again, but maybe not during the hottest months.

Enjoyable stay; opportunities for improvement
Pros: -fantastic location - spacious house with lots of amenities - bunk bed with full-sized mattresses(!) - quiet, safe area - short walk to stores/restaurants - POOL Cons: - we had trouble getting in: entry instructions didn’t reflect the updated security system - no local stations on TV system - cleanliness: lots of dust/cobwebs, bathroom mats were dirty; shower drains were clogged with hair; we had to clean leaves from the backyard and pool A good deep cleaning/furniture vacuuming/scrubbing floors and wiping down walls/baseboards would make a world of difference. All of that considered, we had an enjoyable, easy stay.

Great location
This house was perfect for our family to stay while visiting family in the area. The home was spacious and updated nicely with a very private and lovely back yard. The location was fabulous, with lots of great restaurants within walking distance. We did appreciate the abundance of cleaning and general supplies however a microwave and ice maker would be a nice addition. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Nice spacious house
We really enjoyed our stay in Toluca Lake. The house has plenty of space and updated bathrooms and kitchen. Lots of tall trees around the property make it feel very private. Less than a ten minute drive to Universal Studios. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby. A great vacation spot.
