« Property was great, plenty spacious for 2 couples. Kitchen had everything we needed! Weather did not cooperate but that’s not anyone’s fault. Great location easy drive to Key West as a day trip. My only comment would be that the bathroom fan did not work but not a huge deal. »

« We had an amazing time but the sink in master did not drain, the faucets were reversed hot/cold the shampoo dispenser did not work very limited in glasses and drinking cups. Didn't include coffee or any other stocked items. The location was perfect and the home was very cozy and convenient. Thank you. »

« Our family of 4 had a great time here. The condo is beautiful! We enjoyed dinner on the patio watching football and enjoying the fireplace. The rooms were spacious and the kitchen was very well stocked! The elevator was also convenient! We were close to great restaurants and Robbie’s, where we did multiple boating excursions. Our only downside was communication with management. We had hoped to use the recreational amenities (kayaks, bikes, etc). But could not get ahold of the management...

« This is our third stay at Coco Plum Terrace. We stayed in a different unit this year and we were very happy. It was nice having a dish washer. The condo was clean, The kitchen had all the kitchen equipment you would need. The pool is clean and a comfortable temperature. The location is perfect . »

« I booked Kokomo Views for our 8-day family trip to explore all the Keys, and it gotta be the best travel decision I've made this year. The condo is such a rare germ as it situates directly by a sandy beach with beautiful swimmable turquoise water. Most of the Keys' foundation is coral limestone so having a private beach by the resort in Marathon is such a luxury.
