« We were actually the only ones in the entire building during our stay. So it was very peaceful. Great marina view. For our trip, very convenient to locations both north and south of Duck Key. Nice area for walking. »

« We had a wonderful stay at Pelicans Perch! The condo is clean and comfortable. It had everything that we needed. The views from the downstairs living room and upstairs master bedroom were to die for. The swimming pool was large and sparkling clean. It was down season so we were the only ones in it most of the time. The complex was very quiet and relaxing. There are plenty of restaurants and places to shop nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! »

« The view from the condo was amazing. We were fortunate to have great weather. While there, we saw manatees swimming in the little harbor directly in front of our unit. Out farther, we saw dolphins swimming in a circle to attract fish. The appliances were excellent. The bottom deck offered shade in the afternoon, and the upper deck was perfect for sunbathing. The location was quiet, and the neighbors were friendly. »

« My husband and I enjoyed our stay on 3rd Street. The unit has a great layout and is very roomy. Everything was clean and having the laundry room on the main level is a plus. Updated bathrooms and kitchen are especially nice. The host was great to work with and responded promptly to any questions. »

« Our stay at 33 by the sea was great! The room layout was perfect for our family as it allowed the kids their space and us some privacy. Very clean with everything that a family can need provided from dishes to towels and laundry. The pool and private beach were very nice. Prime location made it very easy to key hop to the upper and lower keys. Close to grocery shopping, restaurants, several activities and attractions. One of the highlights of 33 by the sea was sunset park which is 2 minutes...

« Thoroughly enjoyed wakingvup to the beautiful view. Property was landscaped so perfectly that it was very private. Condo was very clean and decorated beautifully and beachy. Just wish there had been beach chairs to take to the locsl beaches and Instructions to operate the smart thermostat. Was freezing inside when we arrived. Would highly recommend »

« Stressful upon arrival as we had not yet received our access code. It took 40 minutes to finally reach someone at Vacasa’s to assist us. The patio door screens were both off the track leaning against the outdoor wall. 2 kitchen light bulbs were burnt out. The queen mattress had stains in both sides. The bottom of our feet were dirty from walking on the tile floor. Clear lay not cleaned properly patio furniture had oversized cushions that didn’t fit the furniture properly »

« This property is the perfect place for a Keys getaway. The condo has everything you need, its clean, has a great beach and pool and is central to all the attractions of the Keys. We are definitely going to be coming back! »
