« From the first contact with owner to the last was perfect. The place had very nice furnishings and the location overlooking/on the Atlantic Ocean was beautiful. I use a wheelchair and walker. If you have any accessibility issues this is the place! The toilet doesn’t have rails and you can step into the shower but have to be strong enough to balance and hold onto the wall. Other than that the doorways, the elevator and getting around the condo was easy. Most impressed. »

« The condo was great, having a private beach was incredible, the location is perfect. Mary is wonderful. Boat rentals less than a mile away, a little over an hour drive to Key West, close to great restaurants and state parks. If you fly , use Fort Lauderdale and not Miami, the drive is 30 minutes longer but it will take a lot less time and aggravation to get through FLL. »

« We had a great time in the keys! The location is quiet and accommodated our family of 4 nicely. The host had impeccable communication & we tried many of his provided recommendations. We saw dolphins and sea turtles right off our beach! We’d definitely stay here again if we travel back to the keys. »

« Check in was a breeze. Communication with the owner was easy and quick response time. Condo was exactly what was pictured. Beautiful views, very peaceful. Location was perfect, right in the middle of all the keys. We flew into Miami about 1.5 hr drive also 1.5 to Key West from the condo. Would definitely book again. »

« Was happy with our stay as I didn’t have high expectations of it being fancy or modern. We learned that a Topsider is kind of like a treehouse with its main support in the middle underneath which puts you 9-10ft up off the ground. There was some sagging around the outside edges of the structure causing gaps in the flooring and flex with walking around. « Stressful upon arrival as we had not yet received our access code. It took 40 minutes to finally reach someone at Vacasa’s to assist us. The patio door screens were both off the track leaning against the outdoor wall. 2 kitchen light bulbs were burnt out. The queen mattress had stains in both sides. The bottom of our feet were dirty from walking on the tile floor. Clear lay not cleaned properly patio furniture had oversized cushions that didn’t fit the furniture properly »
