« My wife and I stayed at Mara Explorer for 6 nights in September 2023. This was our third Safari in Kenya. The Mara Explorer is the most magical and enchanting location for a safari I could ever imagine. I stayed for 4 nights with my wife on an 18 day honeymoon, and out of all the places we stayed, including 5-star hotels in Cairo, Nairobi, Dubai, and the Maldives, we had the best service and the best food of all at Elephant Pepper. « David and his team were exceptional! All meals were delicious and prepared fresh by their chef. Very close (5-7 minute) to the gate park! They have so many add on features including a champagne breakfast within Maasai Mara National Park…They also have photography options to capture your moments. Very accommodating and friendly staff. The bathrooms and kitchens can use some revamping but David is constantly making improvements to the space. Looking forward to staying here again. »
