« We weee visiting some family in the area and found this wonderful property. It’s a guest house with its own private entry, public space, etc. Roland had everything ready for our arrival and the property was beautiful! We had 3 kids (ages 7-12) and 2 adults and there was plenty of room to spread out and relax. The property had a few nice amenities we made use of— a coffee maker with pods, washer/dryer with pods. « Kerstan is the BEST host we’ve ever had! We have stayed at many VBRO properties & this was a great find. Super clean, greatly stocked kitchen, TV with streaming of all options one could want. I’m a big walker & neighborhood is very safe with lots of challenging hills. Host was very responsive to all request. »

« The place was perfect for our anniversary! It was clean and had everything we needed. The jacuzzi tub and the fireplace made it quiet relaxing while listening to the waves. The place needs a little updating but the overall experience was wonderful! »

« My sister & I stayed in the Airstream while our 3 adult children stayed in the Carriage House. We had one pm that we lost power but Brooke immediately addressed & fixed the issue the next morning. The grounds are beautiful and we took advantage of the pool & hot tub. Highly recommend this property. You will have a great time! »

« BEWARE- Do not stay here, we had a terrible experience. The pictures are deceiving, the furniture is extremely cheap and extremely uncomfortable and the unit had no heat. when I originally booked this property it was listed as a 5 bedroom (which was a lie) it was two, one-bedroom apartments. They have since changed it because I complained to VRBO that it was a fraudulent listing. We had multiple issues with this property: 1. « This is such a wonderful home to enjoy if you love being next to the ocean. The views are spectacular!We awake both mornings to dolphins swimming nearby, pelicans flying overhead, the sound of the waves, and views of Santa Monica is the distance. The property is well designed, light, spacious, comfortable and the proximity to both Mailibu and Santa Monica makes this convenient, private home excellent for travellers. »
