Cette maison de deux étages nouvellement construite a été conçue comme une oasis tropicale où vous pouvez atteindre la détente avec toutes les commodités nécessaires pour la fonctionnalité et la praticité.

Un plan d'étage ouvert, très lumineux et spacieux, un mobilier soigneusement aménagé, des équipements et un excellent emplacement offrent un environnement parfait. Décorée avec une sensibilité zen, sa terrasse extérieure et sa terrasse sur le toit prolongent l'espace de vie dans un cadre océanique privé avec vue panoramique.
Angler’s Terrace a un total de 4 chambres, 3 salles de bain complètes, fournies avec des surmatelas de qualité hôtelière et des draps en coton luxuriant. A l'étage, vous trouverez un lit King avec sa propre salle de bain complète, une reine dans la 2ème chambre et un lit superposé complet dans une chambre 3 (partageant une baignoire). En bas, vous trouverez une reine dans la 4e chambre avec sa propre salle de bain privée. (Canapé-lit Queen également disponible)

Le salon est commodément équipé de tout le nécessaire pour préparer vos prises fraîches du jour. La cuisine ultramoderne offre un concept de cuisine ouverte avec des comptoirs en quartz, des appareils en acier inoxydable et un îlot de cuisine à manger, pouvant accueillir confortablement 10 personnes. Les grandes portes coulissantes en verre offrent une vue imprenable sur l'eau.

Il y a une laveuse et une sécheuse à chargement frontal pour votre commodité. Avec WIFI haut débit dans toute la maison.
Angler’s Terrace couvre tous vos besoins de pêche. Il est parfaitement situé du côté de l'océan à quelques minutes du récif, mais suffisamment près du pont de sept milles pour accéder à la pêche du golfe. Il y a une table de filet pour le nettoyage, un congélateur pour les appâts, l'eau, l'électricité et une douche extérieure. Il y avait également deux grilles. Le quai total est de 60 pieds 28 pieds peut être utilisé pour votre navire (si nous avons besoin d'un plus grand espace pour votre bateau, veuillez nous le faire savoir). Le canal a une profondeur de 35 pieds et nous avons un grand parking pour 3 voitures et votre remorque sur le côté de la maison

Pas un pêcheur…. Détendez-vous dans nos chaises longues au bord de la piscine de gunite tout en écoutant l'eau des ponts de la piscine (chauffage en option), ou prenez cinq minutes en voiture de la plage de Sombrero ou 10 minutes en voiture de la plage de Bahia Honda pour obtenir du sable tes orteils.

Angler’s Terrace est situé juste au sud du mile Marker 49 by Tranquility Bay Resort. Seulement une heure à Key West (en fonction du trafic) et deux heures à Miami. Accès direct à l'océan avec 60 pieds de quai total dont 30 pieds peuvent être utilisés pour votre bateau. (À moins que vous ne disposiez d'un espace complet). Excellente pêche, plongée, plongée en apnée et bancs de sable sont à seulement quelques minutes


Géré par des propriétaires individuels où nous nous concentrons sur le service client plutôt que sur le nombre. Les locations se feront du samedi au samedi UNIQUEMENT.

Great Trip
From the start, the Host was cordial and responsive including when we arrived in property. The house is well set up for a large group like ours and we enjoyed every space available, especially evening games on the 3rd floor terrace. Great location to our favorite exploration areas on the water, with quick minimum wake journeys to open water in the Atlantic or Bay side. Our entire group enjoyed the location and all amenities without a concern in the world. Thanks to the hosts for a great, beautiful location to spend a family vacation.

Beautiful home on Marathon Key
What a fantastic time we all had this past week in Marathon Key. Andy was a great host and responded quickly to any queries we had- from check in to great places to eat and where to rent kayaks. Our favorite part of the house had to be the upstairs area where we grilled dinner, relaxed in the evening breeze, played cornhole, danced and enjoyed a beautiful evening. My adult kids had a blast fishing off the deck and caught all kinds of beautiful fish. (and threw those beauties back) The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed with everything we could possibly have needed to make great dinners on the occasions that we opted to stay in. Book this beautiful home- you’ll have zero regrets!!

Wow!!! What a house and location, the description and photos were spot on. Andy was easy to contact and very responsive to any questions or concerns. We were able to rent a boat and dock it on the canal right beside the house. We will be keeping this house in our future travel plans.

Great property with a beautiful view. Comfortable living space and full kitchen with all of your cooking needs. Lots of outdoor space to enjoy. Plenty of restaurants and stores close by for necessities. Sombrero Beach is only a 5 minute drive. Perfect vacation! Good communication with host. Listing and pictures are accurate. Would definitely recommend Anglers Terrace!

Beautiful home and excellent location
Our family had an amazing time at Angler’s Terrace. Andy was always available to answer questions and gave fantastic suggestions for restaurants as well as activities. The home was gorgeous with a big open balcony and a pool perfect for our kids. The location was great in that we were an hour or less from all the things we wanted to do in the keys. This house is amazing, and the location is perfect. There are so many options where you can take in the beautiful views of the water that surrounds the property. We enjoyed spending time on the rooftop deck, the terrace just off of the kitchen and living room and the beautiful pool area. The neighborhood is well kept and quiet with shopping and restaurants close by. I loved the modern design and appreciated how clean the house was when we arrived. Beautiful House - Great Location - Lots of Extras
To start, the host for this property was great. Worked with us on check-in and made sure everything was perfect. The house itself, I do not believe the pictures do it justice. The home is the perfect vacation home, that being with friends or family. It is in a great location to take a boat out or visit resturants in the area. We stayed in Key Colony and never our stay as much as we did this visit to Marathon. The home is 3 levels. The second level has 3 bedrooms, living room and kitchen. On the second level, the balcony have a 6 person dinner table. It is amazing to have family dinner, while over looking the canal. The third level has great 360 views on the area, sectional couch, and outdoor kitchen. The top level also have corn hole boards, we even donated 2 new sets of corn hole bags to any one that stays and plays. The bottom level have a bedroom with a queen bed, full bathroom and even an outdoor shower. The shower is great from coming back off the boat, before getting in the pool, washing your reel-n-rods or in our case, one of our guys taking daily showers. Outdoor shower has heat. The home is tankless hot water, so hot water on before jumping in a shower but once hot, it never runs out. Once you stay at this home, you will feel as if you have a connection with the home. We are already looking to rebook. I would implore anyone that stays at this home to treat her good. I hope others get to make the great memories the home gave to us.

We had a group of 6 ranging in age from 15 to 40. Our sole purpose of our trip was to fish. This house was an excellent location with quick access to the open waters of the Atlantic and the Gulf. The house is well equipped with a small fridge and bait freezer outside. The dock is perfect, with plenty of room for our 25’ boat. We saw manatees and lots of fish daily, including some very large tarpon. The pool is a perfect spot to relax. We enjoyed watching the sunrises and sunsets from the rooftop deck, and also grilling in the evenings. Andy, the host is amazing. He was very responsive and made excellent recommendations for boat rentals, charters, restaurants, and a bakery. We definitely plan to stay at this house again. The only issues we had were the lack of storage in the bedrooms and the lack of cup options. The bedrooms do not have many, if any drawers to store clothes or other items in. Most of the bedroom storage is closets only. The only cups in the house are coffee cups and small glasses. I would suggest bringing some plastic cups, or purchasing some when you arrive.

Gorgeous home with stunning waterfront and sailboat filled views!! Beautifully furnished and decorated. Outstanding dock space, with hoses on both ends, cleaning table, etc.. Calm and secure canal just off of Boot Key Harbor. Very convenient location - whether you're traveling by car or boat. Outstanding use of space on all 3 levels/stories of the home. Level 1: beautiful pool and downstairs bedroom and bathroom, outstanding views from the 2nd (main) floor, and stunning views and great use of space on the rooftop (3rd floor). We had an incredible time and the owner, Andy, was very responsive and great to deal with. Thank you again for sharing your beautiful home!!

A dream!
My family had a spectacular week at Angler’s Terrace! Everything about this house exceeded our expectations. Everything was clean, organized, and accommodating. Andy’s communication was great. Beautifully Renovated Home in Paradise
We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully renovated waterfront home in Marathon. We arrived on one of the coldest days of the year and was able to still swim in the heated pool. By the middle of the week the weather warmed and we were able to take advantage of the beautiful rooftop with gorgeous views. Plenty of amenities including towels and washer/dryer, plus all equipment you need in the kitchen. I would highly recommend this property for lazy pool days at home, fishing trips that fit our 30 ft boat, or even a drive down the road to Sombrero Beach. Thanks for the great week!

Amazing house with superb host
I can not say enough good things about this property or the host! Andy was incredibly responsive and the house exceeded all our expectations. It’s even better than the pictures and the location if you have a boat is amazing. The rooftop was our favorite and the kitchen with its big island is the best place to hang while cooking. So well stocked. Andy went through extra effort to make sure the house was ready after hurricane Ian went through Florida and it was perfect upon arrival. Decorated so beautifully. We will definitely be back! Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us and being such a gracious and accommodating host!

WOW!!
We have been visiting Marathon for the last several years. This has definitely been the favorite property where we have stayed. GORGEOUS views from multiple levels and sides of the house. Great location - close to 7 Mile Bridge, not far from grocery store. Rooms, bathrooms, kitchen were all beautiful! Looking forward to coming again!

What an awesome spot! We couldn't have been happier with this House / Pool / Dock and Canal access. The Host was extremely responsive and made sure we were pleased with the accomodations from the beginning. The Rooftop is an especially great hang out for all or a quiet getaway if a little space is needed. I would recommend this house to anyone looking in Marathon and coming with or renting a boat.
