« This was the perfect place for a long weekend! We came to hike at Turkey Run and Shades, and this location worked out great! Very clean and quiet, had absolutely everything we needed. It was a very hot weekend, so the a/c was a welcoming return to the house after hiking. Would definitely stay here again if we are in the area 😊 »

« The house was full of updates that made the stay enjoyable. The instructions for the stay were clear. The house was not set up for a party of 6. There was not enough seating around the TV. There were not extra linens and pillows for the pull out couch. Otherwise the house was nicely set up. Thank you! »

« Great location for return to hometown for a high school reunion. The facility was just perfect. Well stocked kitchen and also bathrooms with lots of towels and washcloths. The craft room was a good gathering place too --- altho' no crafting was done. Would recommend for others to book this place. Thank you. »

« We were so excited to find a 3 bedroom/3 bath near Turkey Run State Park for 3 couples to meet for a fall getaway. This "Barn" home is exceptional. The wide open living area provided space for everyone to enjoy from watching TV, reading a book, or playing a game of pool. We loved hiking and having dinner at the State Park and were excited to find Coxford Covered Bridge, just down the Road from this home. The owners were very easy to work with and the property exceeded our expectations. »

When we initially discovered no wifi and little to no cell service, we were unsure about communication or even planning out the day since we're unfamiliar with the area, but it turns out a couple of days spent at the lake, paired with card games, board games, and great company was all we ever needed.
