« First time in Elegant Lux, ended there because my usual place was full. I was happy to find Boris serving breakfast, whom I had known as lifeduty at Winslow Spa, always kind and speaking good french. Service is good, kind staff, always willing to help. Breakfast was good and susbstantial (eggs, bulgarian charcuterie, cakes, fruits, etc). Good spa : pool, jacuzi, 2 saunas and a steambath (however often off). « Très agréable séjour dans cet établissement Haut de Gamme. Chambre confortable, restauration de bon niveau, très bon service. Dommage quelques détails de finitions (rien de grave) empêche de mettre 10/10. Nous avons déjà fait plusieurs hôtel 5* sur Velingrad , Kashmir est pour nous le meilleur. Nous reviendrons assurément. »

« A 4* hotel this is not. It's OK if you're just looking for a place to crash in Borovets but it's on the outskirts of town (10 min walk to town if you're not in ski boots). Has a sauna but no jacuzzi or steam room and the pool is not really big enough for swimming properly. Breakfast was average if you got there reasonably early but by 8am everything on the hot counters is cool and doesn't get replaced. »

« Internet is the room was very slow. Not sufficient for work and video conference. Thankfully no conference was in progress and I was able to use the conference facility for a day. This had higher Internet speed of 25Gb.Thank you to the manager for accommodating. »

« Velingrand: A quiet town that offers nothing besides some taverns/restaurants and small shops.Dont visit if you are looking to have fun. NOT recommended for young people! Hotel: Generally a nice hotel. Staff is professional. However indoor SPA pools are outdated and need to be modernized. Also, there arent many activities to do; They could at least arrange for a walk in the park or music events. Dont go there if you are too active.Go there to isolate from everything »
