« The upstairs bedroom ceiling was very low. Anyone over 5'7" could hit their head and there was no a/c or tv.there. Backyard was very nice. Community was nice but pool was not free. I would not rent here again. »

« I booked this house for my family vacation in PI and it was great! The house had enough space for 9 people and it had everything we needed. The hosts took really awesome care of us, plus we also had them cook & bring all our meals in-house for a reasonable added cost which we totally appreciated. We enjoyed having our own pool, access to the private beach area, taking a boat tour to the local islands, and looking at the epic scenic views of Nasugbu Bay from the balcony. « Rooms are clean and spacious. You can really sleep comfortably with their clean linens. You can bring in and cook food . Lacking kitchen appliances though like kettle, microwave , oven toaster. Cooking stove we had has 1 burner working, the other is useless :( That was time consuming working on a single burner. Door knobs are defective, aircon units are outmodeled (you can hear it working at nighttime) and the other acu in 1 room leaks. Bulb in 1 CR was busted. As for toiletries, shampoos and...

« The property was not very clean. The beds in two of two rooms were old and sunken in. Very difficult to sleep. »

« The place was prestine and spacious. The appliances were complete. However, only one bathroom has hot water. Another bathroom only has a half glass panel without a curtain or door making the area too wet after a shower. And the way to the house was quite complex. But would still recommend the place for temporary accommodation. »

« Overall I gave this property 2 thumbs up. It’s very clean n the kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cups, glasses n utensils. Has all the amenities, i.e. Dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove n coffeemaker. Even provided us with bottled water for drinking n cooking. There’s a working washing machine but u have to buy ur own detergent. The a/c in the bedrooms n living area works well. Good size living room n dining area. Kitchen has a decent size island counter. « DO NOT book this property no matter how cheap the price. After checking in, the bathroom pipe burst spraying water all over. Cable TV, according to the manager, was not available because the receiver caught fire. No light switch for the overhead light. You have to turn the light bulb so you can sleep. Early in the morning the staff started making noise as if they have no guests. TERRIBLE place. STAY AWAY! »

« I've been in différent Seda établissements with family for staycations and Seda Résidences Makati was my least enjoyable stay. Facilities and breakfast food were subpar, and location is unpractical. My family and i also find the cleanliness of the ammenities to be underwhelming and dated that it does not justify the price point of what we paid. »

"Hôtel très bien situé à Makati , proche de plusieurs galeries marchandes et permettant de se balader à pieds dans une bonne zone autour de l’hôtel pour découvrir la ville ! 2 zones de prise en charge Grab aux 2 sorties de l’hôtel (très pratique) . Le Spa est une merveille , le petit déjeuner buffet est très bien garni et avec une large amplitude horaire . Je n'ai pas testé la piscine , en revanche j'ai pu aller à la salle de sport , les machines sont propres et en bon état , possibilité d'avoir une serviette sur place ."
