« Esme, Andrew & Conny’s hospitality was amazing! We stayed for 5 nights in 2 different rooms, the standard room then the Luxury cave suite (both were great but the cave suite is out of this world! Jason, the chef is so passionate about food & that really comes through in the meals, the food here is truly lovely. « Could see that this used to be great (when photos were taken) While it was was mostly clean, there was a lot that didn’t live up to the promise or what we paid for. Lots of stains too. The bed linen is specifically tired and needing replacement - in no ways can it be called premium. There was no Wi-Fi and no bathtub - also both mentioned in the property description for the superior cottage (Crane Cottage). Convenient for the hockey festival at Michaelhouse and beautiful views but can’t say...

« The location was perfect for the purpose of my trip. Staff - super friendly and extremely helpful at all times. I can't rate them high enough! Accommodation was adequate. Very dark room - needs some more lighting. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom - needs a re-vamp. Load -shedding was well managed. »

« Place was beautiful. However I am disappointed as the shower was terrible. Being Gas powered the water was ice old or extremely hot for 15 seconds. Ive reported the matter the person in charge of which I received no apology and i was told that the shower will be working perfectly the next morning. And not to my surprise it was not working. The water had sand as per the pics i will upload. The shower was ice cold and both my kids are now ill from standing in the shower waiting for hot water...

« Accueil très agréable belle chambre , vu le temps froid et humide nous avons pu profiter de la cheminée . Par contre grande déception pour le repas soit disant gastronomique, je n ai pratiquement rien apprécié aucune recherche pas de goût ou trop de sel!!! Dommage!! Dommage aussi pour le spa impossible de réserver des soins personne a l accueil!!! »
