Viens jouer dehors! Les enfants et les chiots ont tout le loisir de se défouler, de gambader et d’explorer au cœur de cette étendue de creekside remarquable de 10 acres. Avec plus de 1 200 pieds de façade de crique juste derrière la porte arrière, vous pouvez glisser vos chaussures, patauger dans les eaux froides du ruisseau Hemptown et patauger, puis jeter quelques lignes de pêche dans le ruisseau de truite ensoleillé (arc-en-ciel, brun et ruisseau) ou notre étang ensemencé privé. Courez dans les prés, poursuivez les papillons, suivez le cerf, renversez les rochers et détendez-vous tout en écoutant les sons mélodiques d'un ruisseau babillant. Étendez une couverture au bord de la crique et profitez d'un pique-nique en famille (ou d'un interlude romantique). Il y a beaucoup d'observation des oiseaux ici aussi. À seulement 10 minutes en voiture du célèbre centre-ville de Blue Ridge, vous pourrez savourer l'intimité et la tranquillité de la vie à la montagne entourée du terrain de jeu de la nature et créer des souvenirs de calibre mondial. Observez les lucioles émerger après le crépuscule, puis admirez une étoile sérieuse regardant avec une vaste vue dégagée sur le ciel nocturne. Familiarisez-vous avec la Grande Ourse et l'étoile polaire. Rassemblez-vous autour du feu de camp et échangez des histoires, chantez des chansons ou écoutez simplement la symphonie nocturne qui vous entoure. La maison décontractée comprend une literie de qualité, une cheminée à bois en pierre, un plan d'étage ouvert et des touches boho rustiques. Les clients peuvent également se livrer à une séance de porche / imbibing de premier ordre. Les porches avant et arrière s'étendent sur toute la longueur de la cabine, et le porche à moustiquaire sert de salle à manger étendue - tout comme le réfectoire du camp d'été. Barbecue au propane disponible, WiFi et télévision ... en cas de pluie. Fantastic!
Every year we take a trip specifically for our dogs around memorial day. We love the Blue Ridge/Mineral Bluff area because it's such a dog friendly place. This cabin was perfect for us! It was easy to get to and easy to check in. Patrick was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed. The cabin was clean and beds were comfortable. There was even a dog bed our dogs loved so much that I bought one when we got home. Our dogs absolutely loved playing in the creek. We experienced a good bit of rain and storms while we were there, so the creek was too high and rough for them to play a couple of days. But even with the rain, we enjoyed sitting on the screened-in porch and relaxing. We have high energy German Shepherds, and there was PLENTY of land for them to run and play, especially around the pond. We would love to stay here again next time.

It was a good trip, but wished we would have caught some fish. Pond looks like it needs to be stocked again. It was quiet and relaxing though and very nice with the creek right there, had a nice campfire. Very close to Blue Ridge.

Sweetest place ever!
Such a beautiful property. Cozy, comfortable home with great stocked kitchen. Front porch swing is very nice, but the screened in back porch is super. Afternoon nap time is a must with the creek sounds to lull you to sleep. You feel like you’re far away from everything, but it’s still very convenient to town and activities Our pups enjoyed the property as well. Thanks for sharing the beautiful place.

Falsely Advertised
This property is in real need of work. It was like someone's family home they happen to rent out. The furniture was dirty. I had to wipe it down before sitting on it. The exterior needs repair and a good coat of paint. One night at home adjacent to the property, someone had a "shooting" party that went on well to 11pm. It was quite disturbing as it is easy to have stray bullets. I thought I was going to get a partial refund but that didnt happen. The beds were like rocks. I should have read more carefully about the bedrooms as they had no televisions. The living area was super tiny and there really was only one place one could comfortably watch a movie or ball game. This property is not one I would ever recommend and will not return. I will say the Hemptown Creek is nice. One would not be pulling any large fish from there but it was a fun place to try to fish.

Wonderful Place
Definate place to stay again. Clean, great location, and has everything! We had a short trip and it was fabulous. Quiet and peaceful, yet close to everything. Our dog Sadie Mae loved it. Already thinking about when we can come back.

Great Family Friendly Property
Our family really enjoyed our week at this property. Our daughter is almost 2 and it was nice to have limited steps and flat outdoor space for her to run around and play. The kids enjoyed playing in the creek and lounging in the hammocks. We enjoyed sitting on the porches and watching the deer, rabbits, squirrels, and birds. The house itself met our needs. My son didn’t want to leave. He asked if we could just buy this place and live here all the time. Thank you for a great stay!

Awesome Time at Camp!
This was my first vacation as a dad alone with my 4 children and our two dogs. The property was perfect, and we had an amazing time at Camp Bluebird, from playing down at the creek, taking afternoon walks to enjoy the landscape of the property, to fishing in the small pond. The cabin was spotless, and felt like home with all the furnishings, extra pillows and well stocked kitchen. In the evenings we enjoyed sitting on the screen porch listening to the creek and talking about our adventures from the day. The cabin is conveniently located to Blue Ridge and travel to other areas like Dahlonega, Amicalola Falls, Mercier Orchard, Toccoa Swinging Bridge, The Ocoee River, and countless hiking trails etc. was all within an hour drive time which allowed us to take in a lot of sights. Patrick was prompt with his communication about our stay before and after we arrived. We hope to come back and make this an annual trip given how much we enjoyed our time at Camp!

Enjoyed the visit
Very nice property; it's obvious the owners care. Very convenient location in relation to Blue Ridge, but the natural setting was completely removed from any hint of traffic, people, etc. Fishing was a little sparse, but locals pointed out that we were probably a month early for any serious fishing, primarily because restocking takes place in April. We enjoyed it anyway. The weather cooperated for almost all of the stay. Would definitely recommend.

Nice quiet weekend
My sister, my dog and I enjoyed a nice quiet weekend at this property. We enjoyed the soothing sounds from the creek (wish it had been warm enough to leave the back door open or sit on the porch, but it is February). The layout was perfect for my sister and I to have plenty of space. The kitchen had all that we needed to prepare meals. Thanks!

Loved it!
The cabin was perfect for our family of 4 adults for new years! It really is just 10 minutes away from downtown blue ridge and several other options to eat and buy groceries. The cabin is on a beautiful property. It has a great front porch with plenty of seating and a screened in back porch with a table or two big enough to feed 10 people. The kitchen was nice and the bathrooms too. The fireplace was a nice add and the bbq and fire pit outside were perfect for hanging out. The fishing poles were there for the stocked pond and we had river access. Highly recommend!

Thanksgiving Hideaway
Fantastic location on a beautiful creek. Very secluded property but only a few minutes from downtown Blue Ridge. Lots of harwood trees throughout. We came late November, but I imagine this is a great spot in the spring and summer with the tree coverage. We loved that the yard is flat and large as we were able to run the dogs and of course they loved exploring. Inside, it has an open floor plan. We enjoyed some down time either watching a movie or playing board games. Fully maintained kitchen, so we were able to do some cooking while here. We would definitely recommend!

Mountain healing and relaxation
The house was so clean and comfortable. We loved the beautiful stream and the calming sounds of the water burbling by. We absolutely loved the fish pond and fed the fish every day of our stay! So many little touches like that around the house; the S’mores and fire boxes, chairs strategically placed around the property. We roasted sausages and made s’mores on our last night and even in the drizzle, it was an awesome family gathering. Thank you for such a well-appointed, thoughtful rental property!

Fishing weekend
We chose this cabin because of its creek frontage and pond on the property. We caught trophy trout in the creek and countless bream in the pond. The boys had a blast. The grounds are beautiful and we appreciated proximity to Blue Ridge.
