« I booked a 1 bedroom apartment . It was supposed to have 2 beds in the living room aside from the main bedroom. I was given a small studio . It was communicated I would have 5 adults and 1 child. 4 of us had to sleep on the hard floor with no accommodations, we had a pregnant woman and a disabled child sleeping on the floor. The manager was very rude she looked irritated with me because I was asking for solutions and she did nothing to help. No refund was given. Location is amazing right behind...

« We found a place very clean and quiet away from the busy strip! It was a good walking distance during the day no problem, but we had to take an Uber to reach our nightly destinations. There’s a cute little convenience store inside the second tower that stays open pretty late should you need some snacks or water. If you’re looking for a party hotel that is not the place, but being four girls in our 20s we were able to party and Uber our way back very easily. I would highly recommend. »

« I love staying at the Palm Place and have stayed many times before this. BUT, I absolutely loathed SVS. Poor and unprofessional customer service. « Staying at the MGM signature private suites was an awesome place with a peek view of the sphere and direct access to the MGM Grand made this a perfect location. Flawless room and amenities enjoyed the full kitchen and the two baths were a plus for us. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again when visiting Vegas. »
