Separate ice maker, toaster,dishes, pots/pans, all utensils Covered Pavilions have year round gas grills with gas provided. Food condiments in fridge. Cornhole game plus checkers. Cable TV and WiFi. Can pack lightly. Bed linens, towels, wash cloths, toilet issue, paper towels, shampoo and body wash. Outside steps from parking lot to condo & from condo to pool. BRING YOUR BOAT. FREE Parking lot for your boat w/ FREE access to boat ramp to lake. Nearby restaurants w/entertainment Beautiful rural setting offering plenty of sightseeing, relaxation and a location that you will want to return. Relax on patio or from the LR & enjoy lake view & gorgeous sunset. or walk down (steps) to the lake and enjoy the dock. Visit close by Franklin Co Parks & Rec Park and fish off the pier that extends into the lake.or just sit under the covered area on the pier. Visit Bridgewater Plaza and grab a meal from inside/outside w/water views. Lots to do every season or stay at he condo and relax.. Ready for you.! From booking to checking in to questions, our stay was amazing. We escaped for a long weekend for our 5th anniversary. The owner was quite responsive to our questions. We were pleased with the cleanliness of the condo and complex. This is a small place, perfect for a couple. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the condo as we did a lot of exploring the area. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. The amenities were perfect for what we needed. I would stay here again, for sure.

When renting a place to stay, cleanliness is my first priority. Polly’s condo was immaculate and cozy. Just enough room for my husband and I to relax at after full days of house hunting. Valentine's Getaway
My wife and I enjoyed a quiet weekend away to celebrate Valentine's Day. The condo was perfect, just enough for two people, peaceful and a beautiful view of the lake and we watched the sunset each evening. Plenty of restaurants/coffee shops nearby and our host was excellent with communication and information.

WONDERFUL WEEKEND
My partner and I rent for winter ❄️ It was wonderful, the place is very comfortable and very clean, it is only for two people since it is small, but it is perfect for partners, we loved the view and how quiet the place is, there are restaurants very close to there with good food. The owner of the house is very kind and organized, thank you for sharing your beautiful house with us, we will be back. 🧡

Small efficient clean
My wife and I stayed three nights Veterans Day weekend. The lake was peaceful and serene. The complex had maybe 6 units occupied, so it felt we were alone. The unit itself is clean and as described. The host was very crear and updated as needed. Checking in was as easy as can be. The only thing we could say is the smoke detector went off easily, primarily due to the stove having some residual debris. Otherwise, a great unit in a very nice setting

Labor Day at SML
We’ll, there was some confusion trying to check into the condo, but Polly was very apologetic and made sure to make the misunderstanding right. Other than that the condo is very nice. My wife and I frequently visit SML and we will consider this condo again.

The condo was cozy,clean and extremely well stocked with all you could need.The area was really scenic and quiet.The only problem for me was the number of steps from the parking lot to the condo and from the condo to the pool I am 75 with a heart condition and that is why it was difficult for me

We only live 30 mins away but booked this condo because we organize a 3 day event at the lake every July. The condo had everything we could need for a short stay. The condo was clean as was the property. The pool was enjoyable and clean. This unit is on the ground floor which was good as there are no elevators in the building. The bed was comfortable and towels/linens were provided! Will definitely book this unit again in the future!
