Located on the edge of the Torre Salsa Nature Reserve in the Agrigento area of Sicily, Villa Laura is an exclusive villa with a private swimming pool and beautiful country views that stretch to the sea. Perfect for families or groups of friends, the villa is conveniently located for exploring the treasures of southern Sicily. Within a few kilometres, you’ll find the beaches of Torre Salsa and Bovo Marina, while must-see attractions such as Scada dei Turchi, the Archaeological Park of the Valle dei Templi, Agrigento, Sciacca and Selinunte are just a short drive away.

Villa Laura (180 sqm) develops over two levels connected by an external staircase.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a kitchen equipped with a dining table and TV, seamlessly connected to a veranda through large picture windows. Next to the kitchen, there’s a cozy lounge with a sofa bed, while the sleeping quarters comprise one double bedroom with a double bed measuring 160 x 200 cm and a bathroom featuring a hydromassage tub and a multifunctional shower.

On the first floor (accessed from the outside), you’ll find a combined living and dining room, along with a kitchen and three bedrooms. There is a spacious double bedroom featuring a double bed (measuring 160 x 200cm) with an ensuite bathroom equipped with a shower. Additionally, there are two single bedrooms, each fitted with single beds measuring 90 x 200cm. Further amenities include another bathroom with a shower, a laundry room, and a terrace with panoramic views.

Outside, a shady veranda awaits with an alfresco dining area, overlooking a large garden covering 2000 sqm. The garden features a private swimming pool (measuring 2.5 x 8 m; with a depth of 1.2m; open from 23 March to 30 November) as well as a large sun terrace furnished with sun loungers. Further amenities include an outdoor lounge space, barbecue, outdoor shower, and private on-site parking.
