Waking up to bird song, making our own meals in the well appointed kitchen with amazing views, and enjoying the pool and patio areas all made for a delightful experience. « Very nice house, clean and open comunication with owner. Some suggestions are: the pool can be upgraded for stable stairs and safety gate, add towels racks in bathrooms and one more AC console for the living room will be great! »

« Pros: amazing location. The ocean is ~8 ft directly below the patio. Handful of steps bring you to a virtually private beach. Great sand, some rocks, no weeds. Pretty wavy during our stay, which was great for kids to bodyboard. Easy to find, easy parking, easy entry to villa. Quiet safe neighborhood. Saw a pod of humpback whales while enjoying morning coffee, twice!! Beautiful sunsets. Youth baseball diamond nearby is often busy, bringing family friendly energy (and some traffic). Hot tub was...

« This review has been extremely compacted to satisfy the character limit. The only good thing about this property is its location, if you don't mind putting your family into a spartan camp situation, that is. Having read previous negative reviews, I contacted the owner 6 MONTHS prior to my stay and was reassured that all items have been fixed and are in good working order. The first thing that stands out is the number of permanent and weathered signs apologizing about the condition of the common...

« We booked this property last minute when we decided to extend our stay in Rincon...and I wish I had found it earlier and stayed here for our entire time in Rincon. The property gets 10/10 for quality (commercial grade finishes and furniture), location, aesthetic, etc. It's not beach front but its a 20 second walk to the beach. The only thing it lacks is a clothes washer/dryer but its worth the sacrifice! Can't wait to re-book for our next Rincon stay. »
