The apartment is set up for self-check-in through a combination lock or a lockbox. The instructions to access the property will be sent to you by email and / or text message in the days before your arrival
Note that this is a self-serve apartment, not a hotel. There are other apartments in the building or around with permanent residents. Please be mindful and respectful of their space.
For all your questions or concerns, there is always someone available to respond quickly to all emails or messages during our office hours from 8am to 8pm local time (for more urgent matters, we are also easily reachable by phone).
If you plan on checking in outside of office hours, please be sure to have access to all necessary information.

We use our own secured systems to verify ID, send guest guide and for some communication.
Your reservation will result in you receiving a link for ID verification (Valid ID, agreement to rental contract, and a 250$ security deposit). This needs to be done prior to receiving your guest guide and access codes to the property. Access codes will be provided 24 hours prior to arrival.

We apologize for the extensiveness of our house rules but they are the result of past unfortunate experiences that we wish to avoid at all costs.
The base price is for a minimal number of people, each additional person will incur an extra cost.
The maximum occupancy of the unit must be followed at all times.
If the number of people exceeds the number registered initially, without notice to the landlord, a fee of 70$ per person/ per day will apply automatically. To avoid check-in problems and surcharges, please make sure to book for the right number of travelers because the number of people will be checked during your stay.
Breakage and damage must be reported to the landlord as soon as possible.
