Completely remodeled two bedroom condo in the Legends Golf Course Community overlooking Parkland #8. Everything in this wonderful unit has been professionally updated with a unique golfing and beach vibe!!! Light and bright. Comfortable beds, linens and towels. Three championship golf courses onsite. Just 15 minutes to the beach. Outdoor pool, tennis courts and pickle ball all onsite. Great restaurants nearby. Lots of golf courses nearby. The perfect place for guys golf trips, couples golf trips, ladies golf trips, ladies beach trips and Coastal Carolina University parents for sporting events, orientation stays, move in/ move out weekends!!!

Perfect golf getaway

We were so comfortable in this newly renovated Legends golf course condo unit. It was very tastefully decorated, immaculate, and had the best showers. We would absolutely recommend this unit and would stay again.

Perfect hosts for weekend getaway
4545 Garvin was the perfect spot for our family of four on a visit to Coastal Carolina University. The condo was spotlessly cleaned, impeccably decorated, and our hosts anticipated every need. The neighborhood is private and removed, but easily accessible. We will definitely stay here again if our journey brings us back to Conway/Myrtle Beach.

VRBO did not provide the unit number, only the building number. Took us an hour of bothering neighbors and calling Expedia and VRBO until we could find the unit number. Only found it by trying the locks in many units in the building until we found one that worked. Terrible Start!! Everything else was superb. Beautiful updated unit. Would highly recommend, just get the complete address.

Wonderful Condo
Have been going to the Myrtle Beach area for the past 20 years. This was the nicest / most up-to-date / most clean place we have ever rented. The until had new appliances and the kitchen included all the amenities needed for our family of 4 to enjoy 11 days. There were TV’s in both bedrooms as well as a nice TV / comfortable couch and chairs in the main room. The owners were very responsive and even offered to provide suggestions for activities and places to eat. I would recommend this unit to friends and family and will look at renting again in the future. Thanks for the great accommodations!
