'Forever' n Nevers 'est une charmante maison à plan d'étage à l'envers avec de belles vues sur l'océan et les landes sur une route calme, à 1/2 pâté de maisons de Tom Nevers Bluff et à quelques pas des escaliers d'accès à la plage. La maison a été considérablement rénovée sur une base continue.

Deux chambres de maître et deux chambres familiales doubles peuvent accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes (maximum).

Climatisation centrale en deux zones (salon à l'étage et chambres en bas).

La piscine d'eau salée chauffée de 14 'x 26' et le jacuzzi-spa ont été ajoutés en 2017. La piscine a une couverture électrique rétractable pour la sécurité des enfants. La profondeur de la piscine est de 5 'au centre de 4' à chaque extrémité d'une "couloir de nage" de 26 'sans obstruction. Spa, banc de sièges muraux dans l'eau et les marches sont en face de la "couloir de nage".

Les ponts sur trois niveaux ont été magnifiquement reconstruits et agrandis en 2017 avec des terrasses en teck et des garde-corps en cèdre peint en blanc.

Le deuxième étage spacieux et lumineux décloisonné avec poutres apparentes cathédrale offre une vue magnifique sur l'océan et les landes (voir photos); salon avec foyer, salle à manger (8 à 10 places), cuisine avec coin repas, coin bureau "bureau" et buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse commerciales.

Un deuxième salon à l'étage avec portes françaises le séparant du salon principal. Le deuxième salon contient un canapé, une causeuse, deux fauteuils, un repose-pieds, un bureau intégré, une TV connectée Samsung de 60 'avec barre de son Bose et de superbes vues sur Low Beach, Sankaty Light, levers et couchers de soleil.

Le revêtement et le tapis du salon ont été mis à jour en 2016.

Les deux salles de bain principales, salle de bain familiale et salle d'eau avec tous les nouveaux carreaux, vanités, comptoirs en granit et nouveaux accessoires. ont également été rénovées en 2016. Il y a une douche extérieure fermée avec dressing est adjacente à la terrasse de la piscine


Le MBR est doté d'un lit principal king i-comfort Serta avec base réglable et vibrante et haut-parleurs à dents bleues intégrés.
Les draps, serviettes et serviettes de plage sont fournis. Des articles en papier et des détergents sont également fournis.

Les haut-parleurs Sonos sont disponibles dans toute la maison. Vous pouvez connecter votre propre téléphone ou lecteur Bluetooth pour lire vos listes de lecture ou stations préférées sur le système d'enceintes de la maison. Un haut-parleur Alexa est dans la cuisine pour la musique, les prévisions météorologiques, les minuteries, etc.

Fonction de recherche de télécommandes à commande vocale sur les quatre téléviseurs.

À quelques pas (5 min) des escaliers d'accès à la plage publique. (pas de parking)

Les routes secondaires mènent aux plages de la rive sud moins populaires, plus belles et plus calmes.

Un vélo pour homme et pour femme est sur place. Vélo à Sconset, plage ou golf public.

Jouets pour l'intérieur, la plage et la piscine. En outre, des chaises de plage et des parasols sont fournis.

Stationnement pour deux véhicules dans l'allée. Pas de stationnement dans la rue dans le quartier. Pas de remorques.

Le locataire doit être âgé de 28 ans ou plus.

En raison d'allergies, notre maison est sans fumée et sans animaux.

Le wrangler en jeep rouge du propriétaire est disponible à la location sur Turo. com exclusivement pour les clients qui louent également notre maison. Pour l'été 2020, nous offrirons un fourgon de jeep rouge à quatre portes et cinq passagers avec transmission automatique et les permis de véhicule hors-bord de Great Point et de la ville de Nantucket pour la conduite sur la plage.

Perfect house for our family. Clean, comfortable and very well equipped. Plentiful beach gear and toys. Short walk to beach and a fantastic pool / spa. We had a fantastic one week stay at the property this August. The home had absolutely everything you need, plus some! Richard knows what a home like this should be and more importantly how to treat his guests. It is a quick 5min walk to the beach and the hot tub/pool are amazing. Our favorite part was probably the widow's walk and spending time up there each night. One night one member of our group even slept up there it was so peaceful! I can't recommend the property enough to Richard and his team for being so helpful and flexible with everything. It was refreshing to deal with someone who understood the difficulty of travel and went out of his way to be accommodating. 5-stars!

The Perfect Nantucket Vacation Home!
Everything about this home is perfect! From the host to the pool to the amazing beach access, you couldn't possibly expect more from this home. It is comfortable and well-appointed without being fussy. The home is exceptionally well maintained with a full "handbook" of the home's features and area's amenities. As perfect as the inside of the home is, the outside porches, decks and pool areas make for wonderful outside living. Last but not least, viewing the ocean, sunset or sunrise from the widow's walk is a must!

Our third year at 28 OTN and we savored every minute of it - especially when the weather was good. We used the house as a base to enjoy many special events and meals with family and friends. The house never fails to provide virtually anything you may have forgotten (including string to tie up a chicken and birthday candles). 28 OTN is well maintained and the hosts responsive and accommodating.

Owners have the knACK for creating a perfect vacation spot; gorgeous home, beautifully decorated. Plus their love for the island and their getaway home shows in every corner; attention to detail;) We felt special from the moment we arrived with a purse-ful of Nantucket goodies. Most comfortable beds and bedding (I’m picky). We checked out and played with an abundance of pool & beach toys. A well-organized dream kitchen with every utensil, gadget, pot/pan, dish, serving tray, decorative pieces, appliances, etc you could want. Private outdoor spaces to kick back or rinse off; this place is one you have to see to believe! Thanks for the use of your Jeep and opening your lovely home to us❣️

Just lovely!
Wow, what a great property, that really has all you could want! Owners are lovely and care about your stay. Amenities are a plenty! Located in a quiet neighborhood close to the beach via a scenic stroll. Our toddler loved scooting back and forth to the beach every day! We even got lucky and spotted a seal who kept popping up to say hello! Pool with spa was great! Lovely neighbors. Quick 5 min drive to 'Sconset. We will be back!

A great property with nice views of the water and the stars on clear nights. House is clean and doesn’t have a feeling like a rental. Our family enjoyed the deck and pool and all the fantastic things Nantucket has to view. Having the option to rent the jeep on site works great. We hope we can return sometime soon.

Forever n' Nevers is a dream!
I stayed at Richard and Alison's home for a week with my whole family and it was beyond perfect! The house is perfectly maintained and exactly as it is pictured--you feel right at home and are immediately comfortable! Richard is very easy to work with, friendly, and responsive. The backyard feels like your own little paradise with gorgeous flowers, a well-manicured lawn, and pristine pool. Want to go to the beach? It is an easy walk right down the street! The kitchen is well-stocked with spices, marinades, dishes, pots, pans, and any other cookware you could need to make a gourmet home cooked meal. The linens and sheets were comfy and clean, with plenty of extras when needed. The house is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood with nearby walking, running, and biking trails. The views from the widow's walk are beyond stunning--you can see the whole island and at night star gaze for hours. This home is amazing and as my mom often exclaimed "Richard and Alison have thought of everything! This home is perfect!" Already looking forward to going back again next summer!

This is our second year staying at this property. The listing is exactly as described and the owners are lovely and easy to reach at all times. It's located in a quiet, upscale neighborhood close to the beach. Our kids loved the heated pool and were in most days. We will be back!

We had a fantastic week on island at this property! The house was spotless and impeccably maintained. The owners are incredibly responsive and obviously care deeply about both their house and their visitors experience. You can walk to the beach which is great, the pool is a major bonus, and you are a quick ride to both sconset and town for all the activities you could want. We highly recommend and can’t wait to return!

Great house and location!
We thoroughly enjoyed our week at the property. Richard and his wife opened up their home as though we lived there. We really appreciated the use of beach equipment, kitchen spices and other kitchen equipment, beach towels, bikes etc. The house was very clean and very comfortable. Even though we went to several beaches we really enjoyed the Tom Nevers Beach and it’s walkability. The use of the pool and spa were very appreciated and were so fun for the Grandchildren! The grounds are beautifully landscaped and add to the ambiance. Lots of outdoor seating and dining options. Thanks to our Host and Hostess!

Thought of Everything
This property is a meticulously maintained treasure of Tom Nevers. Just a short drive outside of town (which can get very congested!), this well stocked home on a nice sized plot provided every necessity and incidental item(s) for adult and child. The property layout perfectly divideds outdoor spaces for pool time fun and deck side relaxation. The walk along the quiet and minimally trafficked road to the private beach takes just mere moments. We flew some kites, splashed in the waves and watched some seals play in the surf. We made wonderful memories at the home and I’m sure the next guests will too.

We had the most amazing experience at Richard’s home! He was very responsive and his guide was very detailed. We loved the home - it was so well stocked with beach toys and spices etc. the location was wonderful and only a 5 minute walk to the beach. The pool and hot tub were perfect for after beach days. We wouldn’t change a thing and look forward to coming back soon!

Amazing home and host
We just returned from an excellent stay at Richard's home. The place is as advertised and is ideally set up for renters, with lots of instructions throughout the house to make your stay easy and carefree. The home (and grounds) are well maintained and in the rare event an issue arises, Richard is extremely responsive. The pool and jacuzzi are great for kids and adults alike and the beach is an easy 5ish minute walk away. We capped off most days up on the widow's walk watching the sun set. As a tip, we would recommend renting his jeep. We were initially going to bring our own car, but due to ferry issues we ended up coming without our car and renting his jeep. Despite having been to the island several times before, the jeep (which has all of the on sand permits) gave us access to so many places we had never been able to explore - we especially liked our drive out to Great Point Lighthouse. We highly recommend this property.
