It is situated in a central location that provides easy access to all the popular neighborhoods and top attractions in Nashville, including the Country Music Hall Of Fame And Museum, Ryman Auditorium, Centennial Park, The Parthenon, Nashville Zoo, Two Rivers Golf Course, Grand Ole Opry, 51st Ave, Five Points, Johnny Cash Museum, Nissan Stadium (home of Tennessee Titans and Tennessee State Tigers), among others. Additionally, you can easily drive to Cheekwood, Nashville International Airport, and Arrington Vineyards.

This modern home is spacious and provides ample space for gathering and relaxing. The main living area is located on the second floor, which has an open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. The living room is bright and airy with wall-to-wall windows that flood the space with natural light. There are plenty of chairs and sofas to spread out and relax while streaming your favorite shows and movies on the smart TV. The open kitchen features stainless steel appliances that make cooking a breeze, including a Keurig coffee maker for coffee enthusiasts. This floor also has a private bedroom with a smart TV and a full bathroom.

On the ground floor, you'll find a second bedroom with a walk-in closet and an en suite bathroom. The upper level features a third bedroom with multiple beds, a smart TV, an en suite bathroom, and a private balcony with a lounge area.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
