10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
First time in Nashville and I would definitely be back but I wouldn’t stay anywhere else but here. The place was nice and clean. They had snacks out for you to enjoy. Nice neighborhood. Not far from downtown. Grocery store 4 minutes up the road. EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING!! Definitely will book again.

Cute place, great location BUT....
We arrived 20+ minutes after check in at 4:00. The housekeeper was still there. The house had a very weird smell which we thought might be cleaning product. Not so much! House was filthy. Ants in the master bathroom, woke up to worms in the kitchen floor every morning. The floors and counters were filthy. Hair in the bathroom floor and nasty bathroom rugs. Food in the chairs in the dining room and hair in the kitchen sink. No cleaning supplies to be found. However, we did find some vomit on a blanket in one of the bedrooms - hence the smell!. We were there for 4 nights. After the first night, we ended up going to Walgreens and bought cleaning supplies. I washed the bathroom rugs and the blankets and cleaned all the floors and counters. The listing eludes to "clean" but it was far from it. Evertime someone lives, went to the bathroom or ran the water in the upper units, you could hear it. Internet was non existent so working was impossible!

Enjoyed our stay
Our stay was enjoyable. We were attending a 60th birthday celebration with moms and daughters (two families). Suggestions include a nightstand or side table for each side of the bed and another mirror in the home near an outlet. The small bathrooms made it a little challenging for four ladies to get ready. However, the home was welcoming and comfortable for our stay.

not cleaned & noisy
The unit was not ready, nothing was cleaned, sheets had not been changed, garbage in all trash cans, dirty dishes in sink, and left over items in the refrigerator. dirty towels in bathrooms, no hand towels for the kitchen or bathrooms. The AC unit did not work, ground floor unit with no air flow. Arrived at 4 pm and immediately contacted the manager and they did not get back to us until after 8 pm. The manager did not listen to us or choose to ignore our request or information. Eventually sheets and towels were provided. However no laundry soap, dryer sheets, dish soap, or dishwasher tabs were provided. We purchased all of the household items to have the unit useable. No offer to reimburse us for these items was ever mentioned. The unit is on the ground floor and the people above us were up until 3 am. There was no sounds buffering between floors. You can hear them walk, talk, and move furniture at any time, This is not to bad during the day, but when trying to sleep, it is excruciating.

Would not stay again
The main reason that we chose this rental was because of the cleaning protocol they posted. There was hair on the bathroom floor and in the bathtub. The bathtub drain didn’t drain. She sent someone the next morning to rectify but I expected more upon check-in. The second morning, there was a live healthy roach on the kitchen floor. If you’re a light sleeper, believe the other reviews about the noise from upstairs units!!! There were two nights where we were literally kept awake until about one in the morning with noise from upstairs. The unit itself is very sparse. The linens were awful and mismatched, Towels were cheap and threadbare. The bathroom windows had about a 3 inch gap at the bottom where anyone could see in. I ended up stuffing towels to block the view. The toilet was loose from the floor. The toilet seat was also loose and moved. No dresser in either bedroom, no end tables, nothing to set your luggage on except the floor, no headboards, the beds were just on regular boxsprings left with the hardware showing, no dust, ruffles or anything, pretty chandeliers in each bedroom but they were covered with plastic dust covers. the whole unit could use a new coat of paint! Lots of scrapes and dings on the walls. One of the bathroom ceilings had peeling paint We ended up spending about $300 more on this rental than another one that we were considering and I was just very disappointed. It was clear that this owner does the bare minimum to get renters.

Well maintained, great location!
The condo is as pictured and was very clean. The location was great. Ice cream and Double Dogs restaurant are around the corner. A pub was another block away with live music. We Ubered down town several times and to the Country Music Hall of Fame. Ubers always arrived within 5 minutes. Nice place to stay for four adults.

Great Location
The absolute best aspect of this rental is the location. Just around the corner from so many great places to shop and eat. Groceries are just a short walk. The only downside really was insulation between floors. Could hear every footstep of the upstairs neighbors. That aside, would stay again.

We picked this VRBO due to the fact that it was in a great location for seeing downtown Nashville and some planned events. It was great because it had two very comfortable king size beds with their own bathrooms. Check in was easy and the unit was as described. The owner very attentive and punctual about getting back to me with a couple of small issues we noticed when we arrived and offered to have them repaired right away. It was a great place for two couples. Only a couple of things I would change with the unit other than the couple things we noticed when we arrived. Some of the cooking pans need replaced and the tv we struggled to get to work and hook up but finally did. We will definitely use again and is within a good location for a Nashville trip with easy access to the airport.

Great location and overall cute and was good for what we needed. I message the owner the day before to ask about storing our luggage until check in. She never responded. The smell of the place was very damp and moldy. The bathroom shower curtain was moldy. The towels that were put away were not even dry. There was used towels in the shower of one of the bathrooms. The whole unit was constantly damp to where our towels we used never dried. The floors were not clean throughout the whole unit. I do know that being the ground level there will be noise issues but their dog one night was running and jumping on and off the bed which was not ideal for 1 am.

Cute, but could be improved
Cute little apartment, but not without flaws. First the positives: Was in a college neighborhood and felt pretty safe. Close to a nice park for kids. Close to cute shops and restaurants. Enough space for parking. Apartment decor was inviting. The neighborhood was quiet — but unfortunately the building was not. We stayed a whole week in February, had to turn heat on a couple days and the furnace was shockingly loud. Being in a downstairs unit we could hear the upstairs occupants a lot. The chairs moving across the floors was very loud and frequent and we happened to have a bachelorette party group above us over the weekend that blasted music, sang loudly and sounded like they were clog dancing (cowgirl boots) right above our kids bedroom well into the night. But it was quiet when no one was upstairs or no furnaces were running. The couch looked comfortable but every little section came apart if you moved which got old. Also, this isn’t a typical situation so I didn’t deduct the rating for this, but when we stayed here there was water leaking from the ceiling around the fan in the middle of the living room, constantly dripping for 2 days. The property manager’s solution was just for us to put a bucket under the leak… No apology, nothing to compensate, just had to walk around a bucket in the middle of the floor and walkway. Thankfully it was the last two days of our stay. If the couch were fixed and walls/ceilings were better insulated from noise, returning to this place for another stay would be a no-brainer.

Very nice place. Clean too. Would stay again if I was coming to the area. Only problem is that they sectional couch needs to be bolted together! When you sit on it, it all separates. Lol
