Le tout nouveau loft / appartement vient de s'achever en mai 2019. Les clients ont leur propre accès au loft avec une terrasse privée complète et une vue magnifique. La configuration a été conçue pour une intimité maximale. Décoré professionnellement dans un style ferme moderne, tous les meubles et accessoires sont neufs! Cette propriété est située sur l'une des routes les plus pittoresques de Franklin, TN. Courte 10 minutes en voiture du centre-ville historique de Franklin et à 3 miles de la fourche favorite cachée de Tennessee.

When we arrived, check in was great! We had a prior engagement the first night due to my husband being in a wedding, so we were quite busy for the 2 days we stayed. I cant say enough good about this place. It was so cozy and comfortable that I wish we had more time to have enjoyed it. I definitely would stay there again!

New Year’s Eve 2023-2024
My wife and I spent the weekend going into 2024 here. We had an excellent time. Very quiet and the hospitality was superb. The loft was very well kept and private. We even brought the new year in with the Yarborough’s and friends. The men won our game of guesstures…just saying lol. This is definitely on the favorites list. We will be back. They are the perfect host.

Our stay at Amy & Ryan’s Loft was by far one of our best VRBO experiences! The Loft was perfect. Clean, well appointed and fully equipped is an understatement. The Loft is above their garage and had we not seen them, we would have not known they were home. Can’t wait to plan our next visit.

Our stay at The Loft at Leipers was perfect!! Amy and Ryan were very nice. When I booked the loft, I had no idea how beautiful it was going to be.We stayed for 8 nights. My wife and I had a wonderful stay in Franklin at our Captains Quarters. The property is in the historical district and the setting could not have been better. I would recommend this home and location to anyone wanting to visit Nashville but wanting to avoid the big crowds and take in the wonder heritage and beauty of the Tennesse countryside.
