Planifiez le voyage ultime à la plage avec votre famille et vos amis à quatre pattes dans ce charmant cottage offrant de grands espaces de divertissement en plein air, un accès facile à la plage et une cabine unique et isolée! La maison est située juste à côté du deuxième tee-box du parcours de golf historique de Neskowin Marsh, ce qui en fait le lieu idéal pour les amateurs de golf et les amateurs de plage.

La plage se trouve à seulement deux pâtés de maisons et votre maison est idéalement située entre Pacific City et Lincoln City lorsque vous avez envie de faire un road trip! Les plages peu fréquentées offrent des heures de plaisir à construire des châteaux de sable ou des cerfs-volants volants, ainsi que des points de vue uniques, comme Projection Rock et la célèbre "forêt fantôme".

L'espace décontracté est ouvert et ensoleillé, offrant amplement d'espace pour se détendre à l'extérieur ou se détendre à l'intérieur par une nuit venteuse. Le divertissement multimédia est robuste et comprend le WiFi, la télévision par câble et une bibliothèque de DVD / VHS. Que vous ayez attrapé les fruits de mer frais vous-même ou que vous les ayez achetés en ville, vous n'aurez aucun mal à organiser un festin dans la cuisine bien approvisionnée. Rassemblez-vous pour des repas de groupe autour de la grande table en bois ou installez-vous confortablement dans une chaise longue sur le pont spacieux. Il y a même un gril à gaz pour vos repas!

Laissez le nettoyage au lave-vaisselle et allez vous coucher. La maison de trois chambres à coucher et un bain et demi peut accueillir six personnes (pas plus de six adultes) et fournit une laverie. Deux chambres sont situées dans la maison principale et la troisième est située dans une jolie cabine détachée. Les options de couchage comprennent un lit queen et deux lits doubles. Deux amis canins sont les bienvenus moyennant des frais supplémentaires par nuit.

Votre chien adorera passer de longues journées à aller chercher à la plage ou à faire de la randonnée dans la réserve naturelle de Cascade Head. En été, rendez-vous au marché fermier et artisanal de State Park Wayside pour acheter des produits frais et des marchandises, ou dégustez des pizzas au marché de Neskowin. Entre la plage et le parcours de golf, vous aurez le plein d'air frais de l'océan, alors vous êtes sûr de rentrer à la maison rajeuni!

Cozy place could use some small updates
Stayed here in 2017 and again this year, both times the house has felt extremely cozy, like visiting a relatives place, I’d say the shower curtain needs to be replaced as it gets caught and is frustraiting to use and maybe some sort of curtain for the window in the shower, the beds are pretty old frames and not the most comfortable, a lot of the outlets won’t hold the items plugged into them and a lot of the lights don’t reach a plug, Besides those small things we had a great time! Saw a bear!

Has most kitchen basics and a washer was nice.
As a light sleeper, It was difficult to sleep. I found it easier to sleep on the sofa. Less wind noise and the heater noise was not as loud. The wind was beating in fro. The SW and it really sounds throught the single pane windows in the bedroom. My child loved it. Dominos were her item of choice. But there were not otherwise games for all ages. We brought our own. For having a fully stocked kitchen, it was odd to not have salt/pepper or cooking oil or bottle openers. I went to the store and got what we needed. I forgot the leftover pizza in the fridge. Bummer for us. Absolutely zero food or spice products, and no bottle openers. Dont forget them if youre not one to buy a second of all these things. The laundry was very helpful. It was stormy when we were there and the washer and dryer came in handy. We had three bodies, and im glad my child brought her own towel because there were not enough for each person to have one towel. I would stay again. I loved the outdoor space. Short walk to the beach. The keycode door locks you out. It only opens from the inside if you dont put the kay in each time. I got bags from the car and locked myself out. My small child eventually let me in. Be sure to unlock the side door for yourself if youre going in and out.

Sweet place
The deck and living/dining room makes this place, as does the location close to the village store and beach. The stand-alone bedroom was musty and needed aired out. There are ants in the kitchen. The fans in both bathrooms need to be cleaned out. All around, though, we really enjoyed our stay.

This was a great place! Quiet, clean, with quick easy beach access. Spacious great room, very chef-friendly kitchen, fantastic wrap around deck. Laundry machines came in handy. Thank you for this getaway!

Loved the location to the beach.
This is a small simple cabin that had all the basics. We loved the charm of Neskowin and location to the beach and a nice restaurant. Furniture is kind of worn and a bit uncomfortable. The carpet was a problem most likely due to it being a pet friendly rental. The house smelled musty and of strong dog order. May be to time for a shampoo or vinyl flooring?

If you like thriftshop janky furniture you will feel right at home.
I had read a recent negative review right before arrival so I was prepared for a less than stellar experience. This rental is a real mixed bag. Great location, decent size, some obvious upgrades in the bathroom vs the sorriest ancient collection of living/dining room worn furnishings, and a mouse feces infestation on the aging deck. Such a neglected property, ie crank open the windows and the rusted hinges are about to fall off. The property manager was great, he came right over when I called for help with the not working microwave (apparently it goes on the blink with the frequent power outages and you have to figure out the reset). When I pointed out the mildewed shower curtain he replaced it on the spot. The sticky note saying don’t use the garbage disposal received a shrug. However, we just laughed it off and enjoyed being there with our dog. It is surprisingly private and the light coming thru the many (unwashed ) windows was delightful...

The wooded setting was positive. Some of the buildings needed replacement of rotted shakes. Vacasa gave us incorrect information about which lock box contained the key for our cabin. TV remotes didn't work. We called Vacasa and one of their very helpful and capable Housekeeping representatives drove from over 10 miles away only to find the correct remote tucked under a chair cushion.

Charming older home with plenty of natural light.
It’s like staying in your favorite aunts home. Well equipped kitchen and comfy furniture that is slightly care-worn. Corner windows flood the home with sunlight, and the decks extend the living space when the sun shines. It was very clean when we arrived. The door from the kitchen to the back deck would not open because of the refrigerator, which was a bit inconvenient. A spare tank of gas for the grill would be handy. But we really enjoyed our stay and would book it again. Being spring the golf course across the street was flooded, so we were treated to a nightly amphibian symphony, with duck & geese interlude, underscored by the sound of waves. It was delightful. If you’re looking for posh this isn’t it. But if you are looking for homey, peaceful & relaxing - bookem Danno!

Pandemic Getaway
After nine months of not leaving home except for supplies, it was great to stay in this quiet house near the ocean with the lovely beach. We also enjoyed watching the varied birds in the area. A little more instructions regarding the Rako TV would have been helpful.....the World Series shut off after three innings until my husband figured out he had to go in through Raku. The flash lights in kitchen all have dead batteries. Well stocked kitchen. Janice

The stay was amazing loved the cabin, you can tell it’s older. That did not stop us from enjoying our time! The only thing that was bothersome was that it said there was DVD’s and there was but nothing to play it on the dvd/vhs couldn’t connect to the tv.. so the kids saw a movie they wanted to watch but were unable too. Also there is no screens on the windows and I love to have my window open. But other than that it had everything you would need.

The property we rented was exactly as advertised, and fit our family perfectly. It has all the goodies we needed and then some! The location was excellent, right on the golf course. Very short walk to the beach, not too far to the local deli/market. We could hear waves crashing while in the house, definitely a plus. I would go back.

Quiet sanctuary nestled into the coast
This is a great little place tucked into a quiet community. Very comfortable just letting the kids go play without worry and a really short walk to the beach. House is situated well and the boys really lived the detached room. Rooms are very small but we don’t spend time in the bedrooms except to sleep. Only thing I would suggest is that if you like to cook, bring your spices and knives. I travel with my knives because I don’t expect a rental to have great knives. It would be nice if they had some spices. The market is an incredible little treat to help if you need anything and Mike, the owner, has some products you have to try and is always up for a quick chat. It is a bit off the beaten path and is a drive to other places, but the beac wasn’t packed and we had a great time.

Wonderful House!
We really enjoyed this house for our family vacation. It was very spacious and had many items to make our trip a fun and relaxing one. There were just a couple things that need to be fixed so future guests don't have any hiccups: shower curtain rod needs to be replaced as spring tension is broken, bolt/nail on porch near the entrance to the overhang outside of the front door needs to be covered so someone doesn't stub their toe, DVD player needs to be inspected as it did not work. Other than that everything was AMAZING and we will be back!
