« This was what I would summarize as a Goldilocks vacation location. The property and cabin were clean, and the area/location was just right. The property is just far enough from the hustle and bustle of the square to feel quiet and secluded. It is also close enough to be accessible to all local attractions and stores. My only suggestion would be to include a small table and 2 chairs by the window for guests to eat at. We ate dinner in one night and it wasn’t as convenient or comfortable with the furniture available. The bed was great and we slept well. We recommend staying here! »

« The location was great --- near I35 and downtown New Braunfels. The river area was really nice too. BUT, don't take a lot of luggage as the place is really small. No stove for cooking, only microwave. Refrigerator is small but not tiny -- we thought it was adequate.We ran into a couple of maintenance issues... Manager was very responsive and they were adequately resolved.Washer and dryer are accessed from outside the unit in an attached room. »

« This was out second stay at this casita at windmill ranch. We found our stay to be just as good the second time around. The casitas are spaced out well and are are each secluded so you have a private space for your stay. The middle blind on the right side set of windows would not stay down. But it did not impact our stay and was a non issue regarding sunlight, etc. we recommend this property and any of the casitas and plan on visiting agin soon. Thanks so much for another great stay. »
