The Indie Yale Studio is a sweet little apartment with lots of style and lots of charm. There is one very comfortable queen sized bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table for 2 and a cozy living room area complete with a plush leather a Roku TV. We provide all linens for you as well as shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There's a bathroom with a brand new shower and a washer and dryer for your use only in the hall just outside the apartment door. Whether you're looking for a little spot for a romantic overnight, planning a trip with a friend or you're flying solo just for a change of scenery, this is the perfect spot!
The East Rock neighborhood of New Haven, named for nearby East Rock, a prominent trap rock ridge and hiking trail, is one of the city's premier neighborhoods. The area is home to a large group of Yale employees and faculty, as well as many young professionals and families. East Rock is also a popular destination for cyclists, as an urban bike path runs along Orange Street, the backbone of the neighborhood. The abundance of coffee shops, restaurants and the like make it a must-see during your stay in New Haven.
Orange Street is considered a main artery of New Haven. Access to bus routes and the train is walkable. Parking in the unit is off street for one car. Let us know if you have more than one coming and we will provide additional parking passes.
