It truly is in a neighborhood with a bodega and several small restaurants within walking distance (try Gordo's Cantina on St Nicholas). The apartment was adequately furnished and clean, the beds were comfortable. It appears that it has recently been painted and updated. The hallways and elevator were also very clean. « Great property, location, condition and staff. Poor WiFi connectivity and poor communication, especially pre-arrival and during the stay.
