This one-bedroom, one-bathroom retreat is ideal for a couple's getaway or a vacation for a family of four. Everything about this condo alludes to relaxation; from its convenient ground-floor location to its light and airy appeal. Treat yourself to the R&R you deserve with a laid-back vacation in New Smyrna Beach.

The condo greets guests with an open layout, tile flooring, and the promise of rest. Before you venture out to the non-driving shore, grab a light bite in the updated kitchen. From stainless steel appliances to marbled granite countertops, this space adds a luxury touch to its home-like presence. In the mornings, you'll love prepping breakfast here as it's fully equipped with a stainless steel coffee maker, toaster, blender, and even an electric wine opener for morning mimosas.

As the aroma of strong coffee and buttery toast fill the condo, you'll find your family gathering to eat around the dining room table for four. The dining area holds a glass-top table and four rattan chairs. Before you take a dip in the pool, unwind from your meal in the adjacent living room. A pull-out couch and a large armchair and ottoman create a space geared for rest. In the interims you're not stretched out on the shore, you'll enjoy taking breaks here to watch your favorite shows on the Smart TV. Cable, a DVD player, and streaming services provided (just bring your logins!).

While the interior is lovely, you'll frequent the condo's ground-floor patio the most for its ocean view and prime location. The patio resides by the complex walkway that leads to the pool and beach access. Set your snacks and drinks on the outdoor table and designate this space as your resting spot between trips to the pool and beach.

At the end of the day, you'll be more than ready to retire to the comfortable master bedroom. The primary suite not only has a king bed and Smart TV, but it also has an exclusive sliding glass door entrance to the patio. Most mornings you'll find yourself slipping out to enjoy quiet time in the fresh salty air. The nearby bathroom has been recently renovated with a large walk-in shower, granite-top vanity, and plenty of bath towels.

The condo is equipped with plenty of linens, towels, and all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable. There is wireless internet, cable, Smart TVs, a DVD player, a drip coffee maker, a cooler, a beach cart, and beach chairs.

Don't forget to bring:

While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through the first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach items, and anything else you may need for the perfect vacation.

Castle Reef Comfort

All of the beautiful one and two bedroom condos at Castle Reef are fully furnished and include spacious living and dining areas, well-stocked kitchens, and private balconies. At only five stories, every condo is easily accessed. On the outside, you'll enjoy a heated pool, a kiddie pool, tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, a recreation room, two barbecue gas grills, free complex WIFI, and open parking. The expansive beach deck offers private access to the one of the most peaceful areas in New Smyrna Beach. The complex was built in 1979 and has 165 units.

Just a Few Steps Away from Castle Reef Condominium

If golfing is your sport, you'll find that Castle Reef is perfectly situated just minutes from five golf courses. Many restaurants, stores, and shops are located within walking distance of Castle Reef. If you're in the mood to exercise, there's a shopping center right across the street from the complex where yoga, Pilates, and aerobics are available. Shoppers will love the nearby shops, boutiques, grocery, and department stores. Additionally, you'll find restaurants for every taste, from seafood shacks to fine dining, in the city of New Smyrna.

New Smyrna Beach Area Activities

New Smyrna Beach is a great place to spend your Florida vacation. The waves are gentle, the sands are white, and the sunrises/sunsets are unforgettable. There is an abundance of excursions to be had from shopping on Flagler Avenue, dining at great local seafood restaurants, and watching the locals at one of the "Top 15 Coolest Surf Towns in the World" (named by Travel & Leisure magazine in 2013). New Smyrna Beach is a laid-back coastal community free of the crowds and noise that plague other Florida beaches. In addition to the fishing pier at Mary Bethune Park, outdoorsmen can enjoy world-class flats fishing at Mosquito Lagoon. Kayak and paddle board rentals, manatee and dolphin viewing, and great seafood is also close by at JB's Fish Camp.
