Pricing & Guest Numbers
The booking price covers a set number of guests. Any additional guests are charged per person, per night, with the system automatically adjusting the rate based on your selection. Reductions in guest numbers are non-refundable. While we strive for accuracy in our pricing and property descriptions, adjustments may be made when necessary.
Check-In Details
Standard check-in is from 2:00 PM.
Your unique security access code will be sent via text on the day of arrival at 1:45 PM. Please note, we cannot provide codes earlier.
Early check-in may be possible but can only be confirmed once our cleaning team provides clearance. If available, you will receive a text notification the night before or the morning of arrival. If you do not receive a text, standard check-in at 2:00 PM applies.
Linen & Guest Amenities
Each guest is provided with a full set of bed linens and one bath towel. You may wish to bring extra towels for longer stays.
Pool or beach towels are not provided—please bring your own.
Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are supplied in all showers. Feel free to bring your preferred bathroom products.

Late check-out may be available if there are no same-day arrivals. Our system will notify you via text after 5:00 PM the day before departure if this is possible. If you do not receive a text, check-out remains at 10:00 AM.
No Party & Noise Policy
This property follows a strict no-party policy, in line with NSW Short-Term Letting Laws. Excessive noise is not permitted between 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM.
Failure to comply may result in loss of security bond, police involvement, or eviction. We kindly ask that you treat the property with the same care as your own home.
Extra Guests & Visitors
The number of guests must not exceed what was booked. Visitors must be approved in writing by our team. Small family visits (e.g., parents stopping by for a BBQ) are usually fine, but large gatherings will not be permitted.
