Beverly Beach Overlook est une maison de trois étages située en hauteur sur une falaise surplombant Beverly Beach. Si vous avez de la chance, vous pourrez même apercevoir des baleines ou un bateau de croisière. Cette maison de vacances est située à l'extrémité nord de Newport, près de la sortie du parc d'état de Beverly Beach. Cette maison de vacances dispose de trois chambres: deux lits king size, une avec deux lits jumeaux et un canapé-lit dans le loft; trois salles de bains, dont une avec une baignoire jacuzzi et deux combos baignoire-douche. Cette location de vacances de luxe peut accueillir huit personnes et deux chiens. L'espace de vie principal comprend le salon, la cuisine et la salle à manger et est situé au-dessus du garage. Il y a une grande chambre avec vue sur l'océan à ce niveau principal avec un lit king. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec des appareils haut de gamme pour une réunion de famille parfaite ou un dîner de fête. À l'étage supérieur, vous trouverez la chambre principale avec une vue à 180 degrés sur l'océan et une adorable chambre à coucher avec un lit jumeau. Il y a des rideaux occultants dans toutes les chambres au cas où vous souhaiteriez dormir chez vous, loin de chez vous. Cette location de vacances offre une vue imprenable sur l'océan depuis chaque pièce de la maison, un foyer au bois pour les nuits fraîches, une salle de loisirs pour les enfants et les enfants dans l'âme, et une terrasse fermée pour que chacun puisse se détendre et profiter de l'air frais. Chaque chambre contient une télévision à écran plat, ainsi que des téléviseurs supplémentaires dans le salon, la salle de loisirs et le loft. This home feels like a true escape to the beach. It has everything you could need, and offers a wonderful walk to a nearby State Beach. It's a short hop into Newport fo lunch, dinner, an aquarium or lighthouse visit etc. Super and all of the planning was easy and convenient.. right down to the personalized door code!

My family loved this house. My kids had a great time playing pool. The house being three levels was lovely so kids could get space from each other when needed. House was very clean. View was spectacular. Walk to Beverly Beach was easy.

House itself was great with a fully stocked kitchen and was very clean. My issue (and why I gave it 3/5 stars) is with the deception of it being beachfront property. It is absolutely NOT. Property pictures were taken at just the right angles to where you can’t see the entire HIGHWAY that is in between the house and the beach. You need to walk a solid 15-20 mins and cross two main roads to get to the beach. Not a great walk if you have small children or anyone with mobility issues. We were willing to pay the steep nightly rate for the beachfront reason, and that’s the one thing I didn’t get. Had the property description/pictures accurately depicted the distance to the beach and the price reflected that, it would have been perfect. Unfortunately, I feel like I got duped, and for the price we paid we could have *actually* gotten a house closer to the beach.

We have rented houses on the Oregon Coast for over 20 years now and this was one of the very best. We have never had a better view and the house itself was lovely. Tons of space, beautifully decorated and it had everything we needed for cooking and relaxation. It really helped to have warm, sunny days while we were there. The location was perfect as well. Close to Newport, Depot Bay and Lincoln City but it felt like we were worlds away from the hustle of the larger beach cities. The only thing I would consider if you are thinking of renting this house is if there are any mobility issues with your group. There are a lot of stairs. We were fine but our older dogs couldn’t use the stairs and had to stay in the lower level. We often have our parents along with us and I know my father would not do well on the stairs.

Great view but NOT for young families OR worth the extra cost.
Let's start by saying the view was nice and the game room on the third level was great. However, I was surprised by the rest of our experience based on the description and other reviews. We chose to splurge and spend extra on this location instead of choosing a nice house that was half the cost. We were sorely disappointed in a few areas. First, the "short" walk to the beach is not as short as it seems and it is not a good walk for young kids. The photos make it look like the beach is close and it is NOT. You have to walk down to the state park and cross over there to get to the beach. The road you take does not have a good walking path especially when you are walking with two young kids (we thought it was closer and safe to walk there). Next, the "well stocked" kitchen everyone mentioned is NOT as well stocked, as I had to purchase basic measuring cups and a few other items that were not in the kitchen. Also, the pans are very well used and need to be replaced as the teflon is coming off. Don't expect to be able to grill because the "shotty so to speak of" grill is not useful and is small. You might be able to cook about 4 hot dogs on it and that is about it. It is also a charcoal grill and not gas. The house was not spotless or clean as we read in other reviews, there was dog hair in many spots that ended up in our food, and left over dog food under the couches, the shower curtain liners need to be replaced or cleaned better. The carpeted areas need to be shampooed or replaced as they are dingy and not very clean. For the cleaning fee we have to pay I and based on the reviews, again I expected better. The outside door knobs should be replaced, the outside faucet to rinse your feet off and other items from the beach does not work and needs to be fixed. The septic system, according to them, does not work well, so not only can you not use the big soaker tub, they ask you to space out your showers and not take any baths (which is difficult with young kids). The wifi did not work and there is not good cell reception either. To top it off the one day we had planned to stay at the house and play board games and enjoy the view was ruined by construction noise/gravel trucks etc. at the house next door. So for the extra cost we paid we thought we were getting extra nice things and ended up not being the case. We are very disappointed and feel bummed we spent the extra money.

Very disappointed that Jacuzzi tub did not work. That was not told to us in advance. the Wi-Fi did not work, router not functioning. But, we loved the fireplace and everything else was great!!

The master bed is so awful that I woke with debilitating back pain that incapacitated me for 2 days. I slept on a twin bed the rest of the time which was decent. I would love to come back to this home if the bed is replaced. The jetted tub DOESN'T work. Please change the listing. Otherwise, the ocean views and the house are beautiful. The ocean lulls one to sleep. Blackout blinds work great. The walk to Beverly Beach is 5-10 mins and is gorgeous. Location can't be beat! I beg of you to update your mattress. If so, I would come back in a jiffy.

Pros: great location, beautiful views, nice dishes & silverware (Dansk), quality appliances (Viking). Cons: this place is filthy - and I mean gross, filthy, needs a major deep clean. This home needs to be removed from the VRBO website and get a deep, deep clean. The kitchen cabinets (both inside and outside) haven't been cleaned in ages...grease, dirt, unknown liquid drippings - bleh. The floors were dirty, dust bunnies everywhere...I don't think the floor behind the master bed has ever been cleaned or vacuumed. Found leftover 'remnants' from previous tenants behind the nightstand. The tv remotes were disgusting...gunk embedded in them. I cleaned them thoroughly, so now, at least something is clean in that house. Until this house is cleaned, from top to bottom, I would not recommend staying there.

The house and views were fantastic for our family of 8. The house had well stocked kitchen and bathrooms, comfy beds and couches, and the pool table, multiple living areas, deck, and patio gave lots of options for together and separate times. Travelers may want to know that the bathrooms are not private--the master is set up as Jack/Jill and the main floor is a hall bath. Also, the walk to the beach is a bit down the road to a public park/camping area, but easily accessible by car or foot. Great beach for kites and long walks. All in all, great location and great house. Would return.

House was great (right sink in upstairs bathroom was not working however). Decorated really well and very nice! The view was great! Fire pit location awesome and being able to play pool was an added bonus. Wish it was closer to the beach though … otherwise enjoyed by all!

We loved where we were in close proximity to beach access. Views were excellent. Most furniture was comfortable except the dining room. High table and chairs aren't so good for elders or those with back or knee issues. Otherwise all went well.
