This apartment is on the west side of a house that’s over 100 years old and converted into a duplex. With high ceilings and Paris-themed decor, you can enjoy the city life vibes while enjoying the small town area.
Take a short walk to downtown Newton for boutique shops, restaurants, or catch a movie or band within walking distance! A quick 10 minute drive to Hickory is convenient for even more options.

The kitchen is fully stocked for a dinner at home. Books, board games, air hockey, and other fun indoor activities make for a great evening to have some friendly competition.
While having everything you need, Smart TV and Wireless Internet make it easy to work from home or enjoy a relaxing stress-free getaway.

We have two bedrooms, each with a full-size queen bed. The bathroom has just been remodeled, and features a tub/shower combo for flexible bathing options.

The house is located in a curve with pull around parking situated right by the back porch for easy access when unloading your luggage.

Easy and convenient
We were in town for a family wedding. Paris was easy to find, and despite being on the road, there was no noise at night. It was convenient to any shopping needs, but most importantly, 20 minutes from the wedding venue. I was stay again if i needed to be in the area.

A relaxing respite
Two friends were in town to support a third friend at a funeral. While this was obviously a sad occasion, the ability to relax in the property's spacious living room, and even host our friend on one night, took a lot of stress off and saw us enjoying our stay. We were able to walk to many spots downtown, and especially enjoyed dinner at 3 Little Birds Wine Bar.

Cozy with a great location
My Bestie and I celebrated her 50th birthday here. We loved the location. We ate our meals on the deck and enjoyed the views of sunrises and sunsets. The home was very clean and had every thing we needed to enjoy our stay.

Family Celebration
This was my second time staying at "A Piece of Paris". This visit I brought the family. The visit was to celebrate my Mother's 80th birthday. I lovingly refer to this residence as my piece of heaven because it is in the heart of where my family members are and literally right down the street from where I lived when I was young. The location is on the outskirts of a neighborhood, but close to downtown and the freeway. I hope to stay here each time I visit my hometown.

I think you did a wonderful job with the house. Nice upgrades nice little fun things to do for the kids if you have them I thought they know it was a great personal touch and overall the location was minutes from where we needed to be if everyone’s back again for the tournaments, we will definitely be looking for you guys. My stay at "A Piece of Paris" was just what the doctor ordered for a relaxing get away. This rental was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities that you could ask for. Traveling to other areas was so easy as it was close to the business routes. I give this a 10 STAR rating!!!
