Ce bel appartement spacieux (115 m2) situé au centre de Nice, à 2 minutes à pied de la principale rue commerçante, à 5 minutes de la plage, à 3 minutes de la gare (vous pouvez ainsi visiter Cannes, Antibes, Monaco et Eze à moins de 30 minutes les uns des autres) et à 6 minutes à pied du vieux Nice, cette propriété a tout le confort dont vous avez besoin après une journée à la plage ou à visiter. Il dispose également de toutes les installations pour préparer tous vos repas de votre journée, y compris une boulangerie succulente en face de l'entrée du bâtiment et une épicerie, à 100 mètres.

En entrant dans l'édifice du siècle dernier, avec un accès sécurisé et un ascenseur qui vous amènera au 4ème (et dernier) étage, vous vous sentirez immédiatement chez vous. En utilisant la porte d'entrée en bois sculpté, vous entrerez dans Caravel par un couloir qui vous mènera à la salle à manger / salon / cuisine ouverte. En tant que salle familiale, vous pourrez profiter d'un merveilleux repas, regarder la télévision avec tous les câbles (et certaines chaînes anglaises) et préparer un merveilleux repas. La cuisine a tout ce que vous pouvez souhaiter: une bouilloire, une machine Nespresso, un lave-vaisselle et un lave-linge.

Pour la nuit, vous avez le choix entre 3 chambres:
- la chambre verte qui a un lit double king size avec une grande armoire et une jolie secrétaire pour lire vos mails depuis votre ordinateur.
- la chambre grise avec 2 lits simples (ceux-ci peuvent être réunis pour former un lit double si nécessaire) et une grande armoire
- la chambre taupe avec un lit king size et une magnifique armoire

Vous avez 2 salles de bain et 1 WC séparé vous offrira suffisamment d'espace pour que tous se préparent à la plage ou après.

La première salle de bain est une salle de bain attenante à la chambre taupe et a son et son lavabo, des toilettes et une baignoire.

La deuxième salle de bain qui est partagée avec la chambre verte et grise a une douche et un lavabo.

Il y a un grenier au-dessus de la chambre taupe qui peut accueillir vos enfants pour une salle de jeux et tout ce que vous souhaitez ranger (valises par exemple).

Si vous souhaitez venir en voiture visiter la région (Monaco, Eze, Villefranche-sur-mer, Saint Jean Cap Ferrat, Antibes, Cannes, Vence ou Saint-Paul de Vence), il y a un parking à plusieurs niveaux, situé à 150 mètres de la propriété qui propose un abonnement hebdomadaire attractif, sécurisant votre voiture pendant votre séjour.

Cette propriété est livré avec des draps et des serviettes. Des serviettes de plage sont également disponibles sur demande.

Le ménage est inclus et un responsable viendra vous rencontrer pour vous assurer un bon début de vacances.

Les horaires de vérification sont entre 16h et 20h et l'heure de départ est 10h. Nous sommes très flexibles et serions heureux de discuter de vos besoins, n'hésitez donc pas à discuter de ces points avec nous.

Très beau séjour...
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour... L'appartement est très propre, très spacieux (pour 6 personnes) et se trouve au sein d'un beau quartier à quelques pas du centre historique et des plages. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la qualité des services et de l'aide que nous avons reçus de la part d'Ivan et d'Hanna, encore merci. Nous y retournerons très certainement!!!!

Comfortable, centrally located home away
We spent two weeks in Nice and cannot say enough good things about this lovely, centrally located apartment in the musician's neighborhood. The apartment is large, modern and comfortable. The three ample bedrooms have comfortable beds and an abundance of drawers and storage space. The bathrooms, like the entire apartment, has clearly been recently renovated. The kitchen has great appliances and was well stocked so that you could eat all your meals there. Finally, the living room is large and comfortable. You could not ask for a more centrally located apartment. We were able to walk everywhere in town, including the Alliance Francaise where we took a language course. The Place Massena and the Promenade des Anglaise are about a 10-minute walk while the train station and number 2 tram (which goes to the airport) are just five minutes away. There is a wonderful bakery where we bought our morning baguettes and pastries just down the block and various great restaurants are within a 3 to 5 minute walk. Finally, I can't say enough about our host Hanna. She was incredibly responsive. On our arrival day, she met us at the apartment and gave us a thorough tour and orientation. When we informed her that the Nespresso machine had broken, she went out and immediately purchased a new one for the unit. Finally, the bottle of rose wine that Hanna had waiting for us in the fridge was a nice touch. When we return to Nice, we would not hesitate to stay at this apartment.

Stunning!
This apartment is absolutely fantastic. It is very large, even for 6 of us, with plenty of seating and a huge dining table. The kitchen is very well equipped and we easily managed to cook a couple of meals when we had had enough of eating out. Speaking of which, the location is brilliant - just a few minutes walk from the restaurant area and old town, 10 minutes from the beach and right next to a supermarket and bakery. Very helpful host too! I would definitely stay again.

This property is perfectly located close to great shopping and the old city. The apartment is spacious, comfortable with all the updated amenities you want. Much bigger than I expected. Amazing experience for a big family
Ivan and Hanna made our stay in Nice very comfortable from the moment we booked the apartment until the minute we left. The apartments are in a perfect area, not too busy, yet close to all needed destinations (like beach and shopping street). A perfect home from home to explore Nice from.
Right from the moment of booking my family and myself were impressed with the quick and thorough responses to emails from Ivan. It was clear nothing was too much trouble. Then we were helped to arrange a car from the airport which was waiting for us and took us to the apartment. The apartment itself was super, it was spacious with all the facilities that you could wish for. We were met there by Hanna whom explained how everything worked and took time to show us points of interest and restaurants on the map. This local insight was invaluable. Hanna also aided us through out our stay and helped us find train times and bus times. This really made our stay as we did not struggle to find the information ourselves we could just get on with enjoying ourselves. We were even given restaurant recommendations for a special birthday and we were delighted with the choice. In summary, a fantastic apartment with everything you could want and helpful people, Ivan and Hanna, that made our stay superb. Jackie and family

Perfect location
Just returned from 5 nights at Carvela. Thank you Ivan for your prompt responses and help during the initial booking process and an extra special thanks to the lovely Hanna for arranging all our transport as well as the luggage storage on our last day. It proved to be a seamless service with all transport arriving on time . Much appreciated! Thank you also Hanna for your warm welcome on our arrival and tips of where to visit. Unfortunately the weather was not as welcoming !! As a result the boulangerie saw more of us than intended but even their delicious bread and cakes couldn’t compensate for the torrential rain. Carvela is ideally located for the shops, beach, trains etc and had the weather permitted we would have taken advantage of them all. C’est la vie!

Lovely apartment, perfect location
The apartment was just as the pictures - or better. A bright, open livingroom/kitchen with room for everybody and 3 spacious bedrooms. Very well equipped kitchen, eve teatowels and detergents for dishwasher and washing machine. Perfect location for exploring the city on foot. A good store for groceries and a lovely bakery both next door. We were 6 adults of 3 generations. Will definitely stay here again, and recommends it highly.

Excellent Location
We were met on arrival by Hanna Hess having phoned her from the airport to inform her of our impending arrival. She was very efficient. spoke good English and continued to be helpful throughout our stay. My husband unfortunately had to return home early as he was unwell and I contacted Hanna at 10.00pm to ask her to order a taxi. She managed to do this despite the late hour which was very much appreciated. The flat was as described, it was very clean with crisp, clean, white bedding and everything else you could need. The best part about it was the location. It was literally a five minute walk from the railway station, 10 minutes walk to the sea front and 15 minutes to the old part of Nice which was charming. There is an old fashioned lift which my daughter and I were a little nervous of to start with but it had been serviced only a few weeks before and was actually fine. There is a supermarket a few yards away and a lovely boulangerie a similar distance in the other direction. There are plenty of restaurants within a short walk of the apartment and we will definitely be returning to Nice and this apartment. Thoroughly recommended in all respects.

Just Fabulous
From our initial enquiry regarding availability, Ivan's prompt and efficient response was fantastic, usually hearing back within an hour or so. A couple of days before our arrival we were contacted by Hanna who arranged to meet us at the apartment upon our arrival. She also kindly offered to arrange for a taxi to collect us at the airport which made life easy. Upon our arrival Hanna gave us a comprehensive tour of the apartment, how everything worked etc. The apartment is very tastefully furnished and decorated, and in a fantastic location. If there was one tiny thing, more of a request really, would be for mirrors to be put in the bedrooms! The only ones were in the bathrooms :( I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to anyone and certainly hope to revisit again one day.

Highly recommend this beautiful place!
Our time at Nice, Caravel, was wonderful! Our host, Hanna, was such a marvelous help from the very beginning. We had a flawless arrival and pickup at the airport arranged by Hanna, to a seamless stay at the flat. The beds, room arrangements, supplies within the flat, Hanna had purchased nespresso packets before hand which was a nice touch. Our one "complaint" although not really a complaint but more a wish, was that there had been extra toilet paper as we had 5 in the flat and European rolls are significantly smaller than US rolls. We purchased some but for our short stay it was somewhat of a pain. Upon our arrival, Hanna met us at the flat, gave us a map and went over several dining options, of which we recommend, and reviewed the workings of the flat. Upon our departure, she met us and was even able to work with us as we had our children departing at a later time than our flight which gave them a place to store their belongings before departing. I would highly recommend!! We had two adults and three adult children and plenty of space! Would return here! Thank you!!

Wonderful apartment!
We loved this apartment and would not hesitate to return! It was spacious, clean and a perfect, quiet location. We could walk to everywhere we wanted to go very, very easily.
