This home is not your ordinary vacation house! Brezzasole is a piece of Aruba’s history known as an original "Cunucu" house (Aruban farmhouse). Enjoy staying in this unique home situated in a tranquil setting with a private pool while being minutes away from popular tourist destinations like Palm, Arashi, & Eagle beaches. Brezzasole sits on a large lot with plenty of space to relax or play. Enjoy the sunset views and breezes with your favorite beverage and feel a sense of seclusion while being just minutes from the action.
You may have seen Breezasole on HGTV's Caribbean Life during our house search in 2017. A lot has changed since then. The name Brezzasole (roughly translates to "Sun Breeze") and is in keeping with the constant breezes and beautiful sunsets experienced from the property. The home is an original, historic, Aruban farmhouse with extremely thick exterior walls made from stones and packed dirt, which keeps the home cooler on the inside. The design also optimizes open air living by allowing the sea breeze to flow through the entire house. Renovations have been completed to create all the modern comforts while still embracing the charm of the home's 100 plus years historical character. Brezzasole is a unique piece of Aruban architectural history, not just another beach house. It is also a constant work in progress and a beautiful experience, #Brezzasole #OneHappyArubanFarmhouse
There is air conditioning throughout, a modern kitchen, cable, wifi, hot water, and additions to the original structure such as the large master bedroom suite that opens out to the pool and gardens. The garden areas have beautiful, mature palms and flowering trees as well as wide open spaces for families to play. The property sits above the main roads and a saliña so it is quiet, as well as private. The beautiful western exposure views extend to the high rises of Palm Beach and provide amazing sunsets. Brezzasole is comfortable and spacious inside with beautiful outdoor living spaces that add to its overall charm.

The house is just as described. Love having coffee by the pool in the am and something more at sunset. Neighborhood feels safe and safe ff the path of buses and atvs. Easy access to Palm, Eagle and Arashi beaches; grocery shopping at Super Food or Super Do It. Would definitely recommend having a car.

Our family of three had a fun stay at this historic house. It’s in a private and relaxing location and only a short drive to the beach. The house was well appointed with everything needed for the beach, even snorkeling equipment. We enjoyed all the birds and even saw the small burrowing owls at night. Sun and Breeze....Fantastic Stay at Brezzasole
Such a unique opportunity to stay in a Cunucu. It's older and rustic inside but the owners have made many improvements. We had everything we could possibly need with this house. The pictures and description of house is accurate. The pool is wonderful and we even had daily visits from the neighbor dog which made us happy since we missed our dog while we were on vacation. Close to some of best beaches and easy to navigate the island by car. Recommended restaurant includes Olde Cunucu House for Aruban cuisine. We had the best week of family time, memories, snorkeling, golf, pool time, eating and drinking. We can't recommend this place enough. Christy and Mark are great hosts and were easily accessible via VRBO. The property management team was also wonderful.

A wonderful retreat.
What a wonderful stay we had. The owners were so responsive prior and during our stay - always available to answer our questions. The house was charming and had all that we needed for our stay from a well-appointed kitchen to beach chairs and cooler. The pool and garden area were fabulous and very private. We felt totally alone and very safe. The location was convenient to the beaches and airport. We had no issues or concerns during our stay. Check in and check out were fast and easy. We would return again to this home for our next visit.

This was our 2nd stay at Brezasole. It was a beautiful 10 days. From beginning to end the communication was fantastic. Any questions you have about home, entertainment, restraunts or Aruba were answered by homeowners. They make you feel secure about your stay on the property and Aruba. The home is private, and It has all the essentials you need while on vacation. The neighborhood is quiet and the location is amazing. Brezzasole is close to everything your looking for. Absolutely lovely. EXCEEDED expectations.
This place was in a quiet neighborhood close to THE BEST (in our opinion) beaches in the island. The house is much bigger than we expected. It is equipped with everything you need (and more)! If you’re coming soon, just know we have left A TON of sunscreen. The pool and back patio is fabulous at sunset and sunrise. If we ever come back to Aruba, this is where we will want to stay. As a bonus, the owners are beyond amazing. Don’t hesitate to book this one.

This was my third time staying at Brezzasole so that should speak for itself. The house is charming, comfortable, private and feels very safe. Easy access to beaches, numerous restaurants, and shopping. The hosts and rental managers have always been very responsive and anxious to make sure all is well.

Wonderful house in a quiet neighborhood and 5 minute drive to all our favorite beaches, grocery stores and restaurants. We stayed at this house last year and came back and stayed twice as long. this year. That should tell you how great this place is!

Great property!
This was perfect for our family of 3 (and little dog). The house is clean, spacious and very charming. The owners have thought of everything you might need. We loved the pool. I’d highly recommend staying here!! You do need a car to get to the beach, but not a big deal because the beaches, restaurants etc. are only 5 minutes away.

2nd Visit Just As Great As the First
Brezzasole is a charming and comfortable house set in a residential neighborhood but just minutes away from beaches, restaurants and shopping and nightlife in Palm Beach. Last year's visit was all adults, this year we came with our 3 grandchildren (ages 4, 6, and 8). Needless to say, the pool was a huge hit. The property is well maintained and matches the VRBO description. We needed to call the property managers for a problem with the front door. They responded right away and fixed the issue within a couple of hours. All in all, Brezzasole is a delightful, relaxing, and beautiful place to stay and experience Aruba

Great vacation home, beautiful property, very private, we enjoyed our stay. The Hosts were very nice to allow us to stay couple hours past our check out time, check in process was flawless, someone met is at the house when arrived and walked us through. Great location, close to beaches, downtown, and many activities. Pool was cleaned twice a week! Would definitely recommend and stay at this property again. I wish there was a crib or pack and play for smaller kids to use, had to rent one for our stay. Thank you!

We loved staying at your property! The only bad experience was the property manager! We had to wait outside the house for 40 minutes to check us in, he came with an attitude and he blamed us for the delayed flight even though we were in contact the minute we landed in the island! Also our check out time was 11 am he texted us the night before and told us to leave 10 am which was inconvenient for us .

Delightful Stay In Aruba
We just returned from spending 3 plus wonderful weeks at Brezzasole. The owners description is completely accurate. We loved being a little off the beaten path (no ATVs roaring by, though you will hear the roosters at a nearby home crowing in the morning). I would strongly recommend renting a car for your stay, although the beaches, restaurants, and shopping are just a few minutes drive away. The property manager, Marco, was especially helpful with suggestions for restaurants and where to go shopping. We had two minor issues (back door lock froze and dishwasher wouldn't start) and in both cases he came and fixed the problems within a couple of hours of our calling him. Best recommendation is that we would love to return again next year.

Away from the maddening crowd
The cunuco farm house was absolutely charming- but as they say, with all the "modern conveniences" of home. The neighborhood was lovely which was a added bonus that we did not consider when we rented. It is away from the hotel strip. A quiet residential neighborhood; safe and friendly. It was wonderful to be there in the morning and evening after a day at the beach or out exploring. We thought the pool would be warm after being beaten by the sun all day, but it was always refreshingly cool. We rented a car for the 3 weeks we stayed and within 5-7 minutes we could get to all the great beaches in the north side of the island and really wonderful grocery stores. We would totally go back to this property but stay longer. We had planned to go with our adult daughters but Covid complications got in the way; the house would have comfortably accommodated all of us. Great internet for those considering working remotely. Can't say enough good things about this property!

Loved this house
This was a perfect house for my family of four. It had a beautiful view, a wonderful pool, and was very clean. The kitchen was great with plenty of pans and utensils. The only thing it was missing was a microwave. We also wished it had a washer and dryer in the home. The living room only had two chairs and no tv. It was hard for us to relax in the house together. It did force us to be outside playing cards and swimming. Overall, we would stay here again, and again! ❤️

Love this property!
We loved this property. The house is comfortable with a nice kitchen and a large master bedroom. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood with very few houses nearby. It is also located on higher ground than the nearby roads, making it very quiet. The pool is beautiful and very private. Given the current curfew on the island, having the pool and outdoor space to enjoy at night was so much better than being stuck in a hotel room. The owners and property manager were responsive and engaged when needed. I absolutely plan to stay here again in the future.

Another great stay at Brezzasole.
This was our second stay and we love this property, especially the pool, pool desk and garden! We like staying in the older historic home and really like that the neighborhood is apart from the busy high rise hotel area, yet only a 5 minute drive to the beach! Owners are wonderful to work with and always answer questions super quickly day or night. We will be back!

Perfect Cunucu for you
What can I say after 2 cancelations due to pandemic we finally made it to this beautiful cunucu farm house and it was as advertised. It's in a great location for everything you want to do while on vacation in Aruba. We Opened the windows and doors in the morning for that fantastic carribean breeze. Some mornings we would go down the street to the bakery and get fresh pastry and breads for afternoon picnic/ lunch on the Beach. Kristy and Mark were always accessible if we needed anything or had any questions. If staying I would recommend a car for sure, explore the island and beaches but the suoerfoid grocery store and enjoy dinner by your pool in the evening. 15 wonderful days - Brezzasole January 2020
This property was accurate in the description. It is very private and quiet! Kamay is a nice neighborhood and is a great location with many beautiful homes. The pool is very nice and exceptionally maintained. The house is exactly as presented for ocuupancy. During our stay my wife and I opened the windows during the day and let the wonderful breeze keep us comfortable. There is adequate A/C if needed. If you want to experience a little of the local culture, this is a great place to stay. We felt totally safe and relaxed. The kitchen was extremely well appointed. Communication with Christy and Mark was excellent before and during our stay. Questions were promptly answered. This was our 3rd trip to Aruba and we will definitely check the availability of Brezzasole for our 4th.
