« We picked a bad weekend as it was cold with snow everywhere, most the shops were closed because of the weather. But the location was perfect. The only issues we had was figuring out how to work the ac/heat, it’s a split unit and had to google how to use it. The room otherwise was very clean and comfortable. »

« My friend and I stayed here for a night to attend a Arkansas Razorback basketball game, and this place did not disappoint. Super clean, extra amenities, comfortable beds, very nice showers, and up-to-date everything inside. Also a super quiet neighborhood which helped us sleep soundly. Very convenient if you need access to anything in Fayetteville, especially the University itself as it just minutes away. Highly recommend!!! »

« What a little gem on Dickson Street. The patio was wonderful! We stayed out there for hours. The property was clean and the location great! The only tip I would give is to add additional seating in the living area that is a more comfortable too. We would stay here again! It was the perfect spot for parents visiting their college student who lives on campus. »

« The Napa suite was beautiful. Judy and Jom went seriously above and beyond on this one. If you're familiar with the Springs area you know parking can be a disaster but Judy reached out with 10 different options and pictures to help us find somewhere to park the rig for the weekend. 100/10. « Property was perfect for two. Hosts were immediately responsive. But, definitely a no frills rental in a great location. Just a glimpse of Dickson St. without the noise. It would have been nice to have a morning’s worth of coffee pods, for example. We were instructed to bring our own but we forgot! The bed was very comfortable!
