« Walked into our room and the refrigerator was thrown out of its place the drawers were pulled out the filters from the air conditioning system where pulled out the frame around the bathroom door was broken. When we walked in there were about 20 air conditioning units just stored by the staircase. The place was not as pictured. But the manager Olga was friendly and helped us get a refund and apologized so that was the only nice thing about it. »

« The hotel stay was absolutely amazing. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The rooms were immaculate and beautifully furnished. The amenities were top-notch, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable experience. »

« Chambre manquant de propreté (mobilier vétuste, chaise cassée,...) petit-déjeuner très médiocre (choix très faible et peu engageant), manque de tables (obligés d'utiliser une table basse de laccueil), fin du service bien avant 9h00, personnel austère, .... Présence dans les couloirs de personnes alcoolisées. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel »

« This hotel was under renovation at the time of my visit. Check in took about 10 min. Once we got into our room we noticed the trash was not taken out from the previous guest. The bathroom had dead cockroaches on the floor. We told the front desk and they wanted to move us to a different room but I opted for the refund. It was disgusting and inexcusable. Don’t stay here!! »
