« We absolutely loved our stay at this farmhouse! The rooms are very spacious and the beds are super comfortable. Everything was very clean and organized, even with labels in the kitchen. The wraparound porch has a ton of interesting seating options. The kitchen and dining room are large and easy to use and there was a ton of pantry space. The house was easy to find and very private. « We came to Dayton for the Christmas holiday. We needed a space that was large and clean and had room for small children. We had 6 adults and 3 children. We had a 6 month old baby, a 14 month toddler and a 3 year old. The house was not fancy but very clean and comfortable. I had asked the owner if they could put up a Christmas tree and they really went all out on decorating for Christmas! They even had Christmas tableware! « We were a family of 7 visiting for the holidays. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed. The kids spent hours in the game room which was wonderful for the cold, rainy days. We used the fire pit one night to make smores and that was also a hit. Popcorn and movie night was perfect in the theatre room. We did a lot of cooking and having that huge kitchen and dining table was wonderful. Great location, close to everything we needed or wanted to do. »

« We stayed over Christmas week and thoroughly enjoyed the place. Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy family while in from out of town. 100x better than any hotel would have been during this time. So much natural light in the house! House was clean and warm, hosts were very inviting. Location could not have been better for our purpose. Overall the stay and the home were wonderful! »

"La chambre ne sentait pas bon, le tapis est vieux et ne semblait pas propre et il était taché. Nous avons aéré la chambre. L'hôtel aurait besoin de rénovation. La salle de bain n'était pas récente mais elle était propre. La piscine était propre et ok. La vue de la ville était très belle du balconLe personnel était jovial à la réception. Nous n'étions là qu'une courte nuit."

"On peut difficilement trouver mieux à mon avis. J'ai mis 5 etoiles à toutes les propositions. Évidemment si vous vous rendez au Cinci tennis open du mois d'août, il n'y aura pas plus près. Accessoirement ils offrent un service de navette gratuit si vous avez des difficultés pour marcher."
