« We were in town for a baseball tournament and the short drive was perfect! We were a bit closer to the the main house than I expected from the pictures. There was a TV in each room but no internet for service. Upstairs bathroom had mold on the ceiling, and the showerhead was very low. The downstairs bathroom had a slow drain in the shower. « We booked Phillip’s place for a wedding in Benton at Sainte Terre. The cottage was clean and comfortable, nicely furnished and reasonably close to the venue - 15 minutes. There are not a lot of restaurant options in Benton but Bossier City is 20 minutes away. The host was responsive and our weekend stay was perfect. »

« My husband and I stayed at Grant’s and Lauren’s property in November 2023. Their place is absolutely awesome. I enjoyed (and felt very safe walking around the neighborhood, each day, looking at the beautiful foliage and restored homes. The instructions for check-in/check-out were clear and easily managed, even after dark. Grant messaged quickly to ensure we had no issues. « Absolutely loved the property! It is the perfect location. You’re so close to the expressway and all the grocery stores and restaurants. It’s centrally located between all my family members. It’s clean, beds were super comfortable and good water pressure in the shower, I felt right at home. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next visit especially if we come at a warmer time of year so we can use that amazing pool. My daughter did get some use out of the hot tub. Loved it, highly recommended! »

« Good nice cabin. Loved the view of the water but deck area and boat house is in need of major repair. Had a flood earlier this year (7 months ago) and stairs leading to boat dock fell down or collapsed while trying to go up them. Couldn’t use boat dock after 1st day there. No other way to get to boathouse so I had to launch boat daily. Cabin needs leveled badly but the cabin is very nice! Thanks »
