« We were in the Louisa May Alcott room. It was historical but with modern conveniences. Decorated throughout with beautiful furniture, the mansion has tall, heavy doors with ornate crown molding. A gourmet breakfast is served every morning. The innkeeper is very friendly and knowledgeable. Other historical homes are in the area for walking tours. Louisiana full of fun things to do, great food, and fantastic bourbon. »

« What a wonderful fairytale stay! We had an attic suite for our babymoon. I can not imagine any better place for the occasion. Our suite were decorated in a “hobbit inspired theme” with arched doors and huge bathroom with a bathtub-jacuzzi! Our host Jeremy was very pleasant and kind to let us check in early. We had an electric kettle (it is rare in hotels in the US) in the room and could make our morning and evening tea without leaving the room. So much reminded me some place in Europe. Overall...

« Overall, very good! We stay in many cabins as we go on hiking trips. We have never stayed at a cabin with better surrounding features and view. The cabin is a good cabin. It would be wise to spend 3 to 4 thousand dollars and buy some quality leather chairs, sofa and kitchen table/chairs. The bed was of good quality and comfortable, but the rest of the furniture was surprisingly poor. »
