« Elevators sound like they have mechanical problems and the heating system was noisy and kept waking me up. It sounded like there was a windstorm outside. The mattress was not firm. But all of the employees were friendly, polite and extremely helpful. Breakfast was good and on time. »

« The property was very nice. When I checked in, it was communicated that construction would be occurring 10-5, including weekends. Only hiccup was the address given by Expedia. It is in Governors WEST, not Governors Drive. That should be corrected. »

« We traveled to the area specifically to see snow with our 4 year old granddaughter. We stayed 4 days and 3 nights. It was a great visit. The room was comfortable, warm and very quiet. We had a nice breakfast every morning. There were several rooms besides our that had pets with them and we never heard a sound. We would defiantly stay there again. »

« This hotel is off the main road and not very walkable to area locations other than a strip mall but a close drive to Memorial Parkway and a quick drive downtown. The pool area does not have a hot tub but it has a nice fitness area. Room was clean with black out shades. Comfy beds and quiet! I’d stay again when in the area. »
