« J'étais satisfaite de l'hôtel . Chambre calme, propre . Le personnel était à l'écoute. Pour aller en Centre Ville il y a le bus 70 ou 73 juste à deux pas de l'hôtel . Un restaurant The Fox Den à côté si vous ne voulez pas sortir loin .Assez bon petit déjeuner.Parking payant à 5 livres.Dans l'ensemble un bon séjour pour visiter Bristol . »

« Le Ménage est un gris problème dans cet hôtel!! Du jamais vu! Du sang sous le drap la première fois, puis le ménage n'est jamais fait!! Les rideaux sont crades!! Ils ne nettoient jamais la baignoire, ne rincent pas les mugs et si vous avez oublié un kleenex dans le lit vous le retrouvez à votre retour!!! Aucun geste commercial après 3 séjours pour le travail, et 3 mauvaises expériences !! Mes collègues et moi changeons désormais d'hôtel !! »

« Most of the staff were very obliging and courteous. The room felt small for a couple and the bathroom had to be entered sideways to get to the toilet. The bath was cleanish, but a deep clean of the room would not have gone amiss. Limited power outlets for hairdryer, not a lady functional room.
