Ready for a great getaway in the Charleston area?! The Cooper is a one bedroom townhome surrounded by the beautiful architecture & lush landscape of the Mixson community in North Charleston. With one dedicated off-street parking space, The Cooper will provide you with quick driving access to Park Circle and the Charleston area overall as well as easy walkability to local shops, markets & restaurants. Great for stays related to work or play, The Cooper is a 5 minute drive to the Park Circle shops & restaurants, 12 minute drive to the airport, a 20 minute drive to the new Aquatic Center, a 15 minute drive to downtown Charleston and a 30 minute drive to the Atlantic Ocean beaches on Sullivan's Island or Isle of Palms. This home oozes with character & charm and serves as a terrific home base from which you can launch your Charleston adventures.

Upon entering the home, you will find an open floor plan for the living room, kitchen & dining area and comfortable furnishings. The Cooper is tucked away in a very quiet residential neighborhood. Please be mindful of this residential character of the home during your stay.

Don’t fall for it
Property is not clean and very run down. Dead bugs were on property, wasp nest on the window and sheets not clean. WiFi also would not work for work computer. I was in town for my father’s funeral and host would not acknowledge that property was unsatisfactory. Checked out after 1 night and was told I should have taken my own photos. Do not fall for these photos. Refund my 3 nights that I refused to stay.

Just perfect!
This place was absolutely just perfect for my solo trip. It was so cute, CLEAN, furniture and the bed were so comfortable! The kitchen was well stocked with everything I would have needed had I decided to cook. The neighborhood is super cute and extremely quiet. I was by myself and felt safe. The hosts were very responsive and made sure I had all of my questions answered quickly. They were absolutely perfect hosts! I will keep this place in mind for all of my trips to visit my daughter at school. Highly recommend!

Staying here for several days of work in town. Hosts quickly helped with extended booking and respond almost instantly to any communication. Very clean, nice place in an area that was not only near my work but would be convenient for any kind of Charleston visit.

Great location, and very cozy
Loved the location and most everything about the place. Across the street is a great place to hang out - Paradiso. On the Friday night we arrived we participated in a really fun trivia contest, put on by Publik Education. I believe he is there every Friday. Across the street from there is a terrific little gourmet market with homemade pastas. The hosts were very communicative. :)

We really enjoyed our stay at the Cooper in North Charleston. Check in was easy and there was a nice welcome note and gift. Everything was as stated in the ad. It was perfect for us. The location is very quiet. Very easy to get to where we wanted to go. The house was clean and neat, bed comfy. We really enjoyed the market that was right next door. Great coffee! If ever in the area agian we would definitely stay here.

Property was cute and in a cute little area. Apartment was clean with a few stains on the couch. Very tight if more than 2 people. Pull out couch can’t be closed if made up so had to make and unmake bad every day, no room to leave it out. Other than that, very nice stay and world stay there again.

Precious little place
This is a Beautiful Clean lovely place to stay. I will say my 76-year-old mother did not enjoy the staircase up to the bathroom but my daughter and I thought it was great to get the extra workout in because of all the good food we were eating. Ha ha so if there was a downside I would say it’s the stairs but definitely not a problem for somebody reasonably in shape, the stairs are carpeted and there’s handles, so no issues unless you are just overweight and out of shape and don’t like stairs. But this condo is adorable! Sheets were clean and fresh. Everything smelled good cute little kitchen you could definitely cook meals in it. We intended to, but then just ate out so much we had didn’t have the need to use the kitchen, but everything was in great working order , we would definitely stay here again. Precious little neighborhood to take a walk. Just a quick drive down the highway to get to historic Charleston. Also, there’s a cute little historic neighborhood about one minute down the road that has a Great Restaurant if you don’t wanna go all the way into historic Charleston we love this place!

The townhouse is clean, contemporary, great t.v. and wifi. Close to many venues, restaraunts. Everyone we encountered was really pleasant and the parking was right outside the door. We really had a great stay!

We had a wonderful week staying at the Cooper. It was definitely the nicest place we have stayed when renting on Vrbo, very clean and in a nice community. It was exactly like the pictures great for a couple to rent. I highly recommend the Cooper. Thanks to all who take care of the property is is really nice.

Adorable Home in a Lovely Neighborhood
We arrived to find a welcome gift of cookies and wine from the owners which was a great way to start our vacation. We loved the decor and how the house was filled with light. A great time to celebrate our 35th anniversary. We loved Charleston and hope to stay here again.

Great Spot!
This was the perfect spot for what we needed. Located minutes from the convention center made it extremely easy to get back and forth to the Cooper River Bridge Run. Would stay again and, hopefully, get to explore the neighborhood a bit!

Cute one bedroom condo in North Charleston
My spouse and I had a nice time at this cozy little gem. It's about a 20 minute drive to downtown Charleston, as well as Folly Beach etc, and 10 minutes from the Outlet Mall and Sam's Club. Our back up meals were a great little Mexican food truck (Lola's) within walking distance (2 mins). I enjoyed a delicious Chai Latte when the Mixson Market was open (30 second walk), and Shelley Bees Crafts Store in the adjacent building had a lot of fun gifts and wonderful owners. There is a CVS within a 5 minute drive, as well as a couple seafood restaurants. Overall our experience at this Mixson community Vrbo was very good, and communication with the owners was great. Definitely a place we would consider staying at again.

Great little place to relax!
Perfect place for a couple and our dog. Beautiful immediate surrounding neighborhood, a little rougher outside of immediate neighborhood but close to everything! Beach, restaurants, grocery stores, shopping. Super clean, beautifully decorated, lots of light. Really enjoyed our stay!

The property rugs were horrible the couch looked like it had Semen on it and I contacted them and they stated that there was nothing that they could do except for me to check out and unfortunately it was the holiday so tell me how that could help and did not offer to give me back any money or anything and i shared with them upon checkin. I have pictures and forwarded them and still no offer to return any portion of my money. We had to stick it out. With that experience i will never do a vrbo, igate or airbnb

Nice place
The condo is about 20 minutes from downtown Charleston and area beaches. If you don't plan to stay there except to sleep it is great. One thing that could have made it perfect is to have access to the pool area.
