« We initially booked the house for my family of 4. We wanted to be near the speedway as we were there for the Triathlon National Championship. Later on, the athletes needed a place to stay and the group grew to 8, then 10 and finally the last addition for a grand total of 11. Vilma was very accommodating with all the adjustments and a great communicator. However, I would not recommend the house for so many people, 8-10 adults is the max, especially if there are mixed genders and non family...

« We were 3 families that had a very relaxing stay at the Kawama house. Very safe gated community with private beach, pool, playground and own golf cart which made our trips to the beach and fire pits very convenient. Owner addressed a couple of small issue with cleanliness (unit not used for 2 months) and golf cart very quickly. Beds were comfortable, kitchen equipped with everything we needed, the enclosed balcony very cozy. Intend to go back. »

« We stayed three nights here. It is close to the Everglades and restaurants were not too far away. The bed was really comfortable. Decor is lovely. I liked being a quiet neighborhood rather than a big hotel. It was SUPER clean which we appreciated. Down side is the walls are thin and the water pressure was super low. It is a nice set up for two people. »

« Our stay was pure delight! The home was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked and having use of the golf cart made it easy to head down to the point for fishing or a beautiful sunset. Check in and communication with the owner was a breeze. « The freezer didn't make ice, the gate keeper was confusing, gulf cart needs updating. I think that the stairs should be described more in the listing. Over all we had a great stay. Would stay again. Loved the lagoon. »

« Location was great one hour from Miami airport and lots to do on island. We did snorkeling, deep sea fishing and rented jet skis. Nice restaurants on both Key Largo and Islamorada. Property was nice loved the lagoon, pools, jetty. We saw Manatees in the marina. House was nice but floors could have been cleaner. No soap or dishwasher soap provided so be prepared to bring your own. »
