« The property itself was BEAUTIFUL. Very clean and it was walkable to the Gay Street and Old City areas which is what we wanted as we were celebrating a birthday. Our biggest hiccup was involving parking. You have to park, go into the building and enter the room and find a garage remote (it wasn’t located where our instructions told us so we panicked for a minute), then go back and get your car and then you can enter the garage. « The unit was quiet and convenient to the convention center. We were able to park and walk most places, although the supermarket was 1.5 miles. The building is old and it shows. The bathroom off the bedroom would be horrible for a tall person: low ceiling in shower and little space between the toilet and the wall. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. »

« The apartment was so cute,comfortable.It was conviently located to restaurants,shopping and thw highway to travel around the area. »

« Location was great. Place was clean. Owners communicated well. Only complaint is lots of hair on bedding and some on bath towels. No complaints other than that. »

« This was a neat property. Close to Old town and close to the dog show venue which is the reason for our trip. The fenced yard was perfect with the weather being so wet. We were able to stay on the stoop and watch the dogs. Then just pick up after them. The owner was very quick to respond to our questions. We even got to meet her when she was cleaning one of the other units! »

« Quick weekend trip with a couple buddies to visit my son and catch a game. Perfect spot. Everything you need within walking distance. The place is very nice and I would definitely stay here again. »

« The property owner was very nice and made us feel welcome. A wonderful place to stay, the outdoor area was very nice. Saw many deer and has great views. Will definitely book there again, especially during warmer months when we can enjoy the outdoors more. »

« We absolutely loved our stay at the View on Clinch!! We have stayed at several VRBOs in the university tower building and this was by far the absolute best. No comparisons!!! Every detail was accounted for. We were able to walk to campus and downtown Knoxville. I could not imagine a nicer place to have spent the weekend. And of course we were rewarded with a Vol Win against Alabama! »

« Overall the property was nice, location is an 8 out of 10. Nice touches left with popcorn and m&m’s. Only complaint was the outside noise, especially the trains. »

« The loft was almost ideal. Two things could’ve made it perfect: (1) better water pressure and more hot water in shower, and (2) better selection of TV channels … especially during football season. Neither was close to a deal breaker, though … very cool place, well-equipped and GREAT location. We’ll definitely stay there again. »
