« Had a lovely stay at Happy Trails with a group of about 10 friends for a long weekend of skiing. The house is fantastic - very spacious and can fit far more than 10 adults. « House was beautiful. Enough group spaces for all to watch movies and football together or aprt. Kitchens had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Hot to was a blessing after a day on the slopes. Less than 10 minutes to the slopes. Would recommend to all. The use of the garage was a great bonus to unload . « We had a great time at Mark's house in Sunday River! We stayed for 2 weeks over the holidays - and we wish we could've stayed longer! We arrived to lovely Christmas decorations around the house, equipped with a 10-foot Christmas tree! Mark was an excellent communicator - responding literally within minutes and catering to all our needs and questions. The house is exactly as advertised - very clean, spacious and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We loved the igloo hot tub...

« Our stay at this ski house was absolutely phenomenal! The house itself was spacious, impeccably clean, and perfect for hosting a large group of friends and family for a big ski trip.The living areas were cozy, with a beautiful fireplace, and the bedrooms were spacious and clean. The hot tub outside was the perfect way to unwind after a day on the slopes. We had a question about how to work it and they sent someone out right away to help us! « We traveled with three families over New Years. Plenty of space. Kitchen was well stocked, and hot tub was nice. Very close to Sunday River. I would recommend.Sunday River area is a little bit of a food desert. All produce was sold out from the local grocers. If you really want something in particular, you should probably bring it.The Igloo at Sunday River was really fun to have a drink at. Sunday River Brew Company close to the house was a good spot to visit. »

« Great place with plenty of separate spaces for family to spend time without feeling like you are on top of each other. Family with teens headed to Sunday River for double diamond slopes, family with little kids enjoyed mellow Mt. Abram. Hot tub is a bonus for the grownups and a ping pong competition brought the whole family together. Very response hosts. »

The "Good Food Store” in Bethel is fab for meals to go, good wine & if you're lucky, the pig truck will be outside cooking up some good vittles. « The condo was perfect for our ski weekend. Having the ski lockers was a huge plus! Having the trails 50 ft from the building entrance made things very easy. The condo was exactly as advertised, it has everything you need for a quick ski weekend. If you looking for high end probably not for you, however if you looking for a place to stay that has everything you need to have a great weekend of skiing that is affordable, This is it!!! »

« Overall we had a great stay at this house. We got to check in early which was great. The fireplace is so cozy and the main room is an awesome place to hangout. If we had one thing that could have been better, the upstairs bedrooms need new mattresses. Ours sunk down in the middle and needed to be replaced. My brother in-law said theirs needed replacing too. Otherwise it was great! »
