« We had a really great 1-week stay at this property. It was immaculately clean and tidy, and I really appreciated all of the extra little touches: vintage record player, acoustic guitar, fully stocked spice cabinet in the kitchen, space heater for extra coziness, tower fan for an extra breeze, and plenty of bathroom towels. « The property is very good, clean has everything essential a traveler needs. Vince was very engaged, and he was communicating with me all the time, making sure everything was OK with my stay. I had a bad surprise in the beginning, when I found that in order to receive the entry code, I have to submit a copy of my ID card (front and back), selfie and my credit card number. This was not mentioned when the property was booked. I am not comfortable giving such information to strangers. »

« Loved this place! Lovely neighborhood and space described accurately. Great location for Seattle activities. We especially enjoyed the space to relax after a busy day with enough comfortable seating for 5 people to watch a movie. We'll definitely stay again. »

« Our stay here was amazing. The place itself is very welcoming and homey, with lots of natural light and comfortable seating and bedding, along with vibrant decor. Cole was an amazing host! He left a personalized note with some chocolates for our check-in, and made sure to give us privacy for our stay. He provided a binder with clear and concise explanations of house rules, extra amenities, and useful info (with pictures of his adorable dog!). « I'd like to say I really enjoyed the stay. Overall, I was pleased.The rooms were clean and well maintained. And the location is near downtown which was nice.We didn't hear anything from our host during our trip.But you are in the basement, and so you will hear foot steps above you, along with the dog running around, and the TV. All are expected in a lodging.My wife did not like as much from the start. I guess I didn't tell her that this was a basement apartment, maybe I didn't read the listing...
