« The property is located in a quiet neighborhood. There is no property parking but street parking was easy to find. Local establishments (restaurants, bars, etc.) are only a few blocks away. We walked to several very easily. The host was friendly, quick to respond and very accommodating. « We had a really great 1-week stay at this property. It was immaculately clean and tidy, and I really appreciated all of the extra little touches: vintage record player, acoustic guitar, fully stocked spice cabinet in the kitchen, space heater for extra coziness, tower fan for an extra breeze, and plenty of bathroom towels. There were also a couple of nit picky things: drain in tub was broken/does not plug (so you can only take a shower), vent/fan above stove does not work, conditioner bottle was...

« Clean and in walking distance to concert, food, shopping. Took the rail from the airport. We will definitely stay here again if we fly to Seattle. »

« We were in Burley, for a bicycle swap meet and needed a place to rest our heads for a few nights. This was more than we needed or expected, and it was a blessing. We will stay there again. »

« City Haven II was very clean and comfy. Located in a very walkable neighborhood. We walked to the grocery store and brought back food to cook at the rental. Felt just like home :) Although the street out front is super busy, the house is sound proof. Not only was it quiet, but the beds were extra comfortable- I slept like a baby! The host was very responsive too! We loved our stay! »

« Stayed for 5 nights with our 6 y/o and twin 2y/os. Owners had two pack and plays ready for us, games and puzzles, as well as treats and drinks! Clear directions were given for everything from WiFi to heater, and the in-unit washer and dryer were extremely helpful. Fantastic stay, beautiful property, and privacy for our little family. Would definitely recommend. »

« Pros: Great location by Green Lake & quiet/safe neighborhood. Quick (10 min.) walk to Greenlake shops/cafes. Parking available in neighborhood, but not immediately in front house. Studio very nicely designed. Cons:Bed was NOT comfortable (uneven/hard foam). 2 keypads at entry gate & door difficult to see/use at night because no illumination. (So if you don’t have charged phone w/ flashlight available, you can’t see/use keypad #s to get inside!) »

« We were unaware we were in a basement, although didn’t look like it, we still would’ve wanted to know. Surroundings outside were unsafe due to the homeless sleeping at the park. The community center across the street also attracted a bunch of rowdy people. »

« I'd like to say I really enjoyed the stay. Overall, I was pleased.The rooms were clean and well maintained. And the location is near downtown which was nice.We didn't hear anything from our host during our trip.But you are in the basement, and so you will hear foot steps above you, along with the dog running around, and the TV. All are expected in a lodging.My wife did not like as much from the start. I guess I didn't tell her that this was a basement apartment, maybe I didn't read the listing...

« The house was very clean and well organized. Our host Ron was kind and explained everything to us about how things worked in the home. Great location for us to see our family and we would definitely stay there another time! »

« Perfect for exploring Edmonds or surrounding area! We wanted to be close to our event rather than coming from home (north Sno Co). The size is great for 2 people. Lovely view and easy check in. »
