« A lovely well presented and equipped cottage, ideally located for day trips into Stratford upon Avon and Warwick. Teabags, coffee, milk, bread and butter were waiting for us when we got there. We loved the peace and quiet of the location and would have no hesitation in recommending this cottage to anyone looking for a break in this location. »

« There is no parking … How you can advertise bumping up a high kerb onto the pavement to park is wrong , we would not of booked this property … Only suitable for 2 people not 4 Needs a good deep clean »

« We had a wonderful week in Cambridgeshire and surrounding. The cottage is so lovely, quite with a beautiful garden to rest outside. Shopping and pub in Kimbolton present all you need to spend a nice vacation. The cottage itself was clean and offered everything you need to cook for family . « No welcome ' pack ' not even a bottle of milk. Light fittings missing. Main bed the worst ever experienced. The central heating did not work, we sat in overcoats and blankets. Heating set at 16deg. in the middle of winter !Hostess indifferent , realised her responsibility, refused to speak to us and told the agency to ask us to leave due to heating problems and her concern with her insurance Gave full refund but our stay to be near our family was ruined due to lack of maintenance. « The actual property was clean an a good size the hot tub was marvellous an the views were good with nobody looking over you and away from the main road Everything was there for cooking an cleaning an good information about the history of the local village just down the road »

« This was a lovely little house. Very nicely decorated, very clean, great facilities and the host has done everything that they can to make you feel welcome. I didn’t know I wanted the hot chocolate but it was very welcome at the end of the day 😃 »

« Front door is 5 yards from busy A43. Contacted owner for key code Friday am for Friday stay did not reply till 14.21 Sunday. Builders next door Hammering just after 7 Saturday and Monday. Cover on front bed filthy. Toilet seat not attached correctly. No logs provided for log burner or tools. Welcome pack not as advertised no wine no milk no eggs no crisps small loaf. Outside area no parasols cushions left outside dirty and cigarette burn, and a broken chair. Broken glass in cupboard. Very noisy...
