« This is our third two week vacation this year to the casita. Owners are generous with starter package and extremely accomodating to our needs. Close to The Quarry area (great for golf and restaurants) and relatively close to Pearl Brewery district (great for bars and restaurants). Looking forward to our next visit. »

« My only issues was a question that the unit was in listed in check in instructions for New Braunfels and they had mentioned it was in San Antonio, which is not correct. I did indicate to them that it is confusing and they’re looking into correcting their description. Also, the only other issue was checking in and the gates for security would not always open for car entrance with the codes given to me which you had to wait for somebody else driving up that lived there and when they opened up...

« Great stay! Conveniently located to Everything. Only gave 4/5 overall score bc kitchen pot/pans/coffee pot/crock pot need updating! Family of 9 stayed with ages ranging from 20-70. Boys loved playing poker every night in the man cave! Would definitely stay here again! Thanks! »

"L'hotel est tres bien situé. Cependant la propreté des espaces communs, de la chambre et en particulier de la salle de bain a revoir. Point vraiment négatif : nous reservons pour 4 personnes, avions sélectionné "petit déjeuner inclus". Au final le petit-déjeuner n'est inclus que pour 2 peronnes. On nous a facturé en supplément plus de 43$ par jour."

"Hôtel très bien placé à 5 min de Fort Alamo et 8 min du Riverwalk. Propre et personnel accueillant. Stationnement très cher en revanche ($40 par nuit) avec valet, mais quand même. Il y a des stationnement public autour beaucoup moins cher. Au niveau écologique, comme la plupart des hôtels aux USA…pas de tri, utilisation de vaisselle en polystyrène et couverts plastiques jetables…"

"L’hotel m’a décompté à 2 reprises la facture sur ma carte de crédit !! Malgré 2 mails envoyés, je n’ai aucun retour de leur part. Je l’avais déjà signalé à la réception; on m’a répondu que c’était résolu mais ce n’est pas le cas !!! Une fois le séjour terminé, il n’y a plus aucun service à la clientèle. De la part d’une chaîne hôteliere comme Hyatt, c’est inacceptable !!"
