This beautiful spacious getaway is perfect for families and multiple couples to enjoy. Located just 2km from the the beach, close to cafes, shops and restaurants. This property has been fitted with modern fixtures to showcase three large bedrooms, a full kitchen, bathroom and massive living area. Lastly it sports an open backyard and sitting area for children playtime and even your pets!

BEDROOM CONFIGURATION:

BATHROOM (Full) - Bath, shower, toilet.

PARKING: Free parking on site with space for a car in the driveway and on street parking.

ENTRY: Contactless check in! Access via lockbox on site, code will be provided 24 hours before check in.

WIFI: Complimentary, password will be provided on check in.

HEATING & COOLING: The property features reverse cycle air conditioning.

EXTRAS: All towels, linen, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and more are provided for your stay!

LAUNDRY: Washing machine and Dryer in Laundry, located in kitchen.

PETS: We ask that owners bring their own pet beds, pet bowls and food. Pets are outdoors only at the property, we do have an enclosed garage area accessible for pets to sleep.

MISC: Strictly No Smoking, Parties, Schoolies, Hens or Bucks.

Other mature special occasions upon enquiry- which must not exceed the homes sleeping capacity.

Celebrating a special occasion? Ask us for assistance with any additional requirements you may have- catering, private chefs, transfers, late check-outs, mid-stay housekeeping. We’ll do our best to assist in any way!

A lockbox is on site for guest use, code will be sent 24 hours before check in.
GENERAL: All bookings are accepted on the basis that you have read, understood, and agree to abide, and be bound, by the Terms and Conditions and House Rules. Please treat our home as if it were your own. Please be respectful to our lovely neighbours. Strictly NO smoking at this property. Our home is NOT suitable for schoolies, hens or bucks parties. You must be over the age to 25 to make reservation at our property. Please follow parking guidelines where provided.

CHECK IN/ OUT: Check-in time is not before 3pm on the arrival date and check out time is not later than 10am on departure date. Late departure is subject to prior arrangement/availability and extra charges will apply. Failure to check out at the agreed time will incur a fee of $110 per hour. Check in and check out, contactless check in will be provided with key safe codes. Keys must be returned to the key safe upon checking out. If the keys are not placed back in the lock box a management fee will apply for us to allow housekeeping staff access to the property and if required replacement of keys.

Pet Friendly Properties: We ask you to be considerate of the property owner and employ good pet etiquette. BYO sleeping and feeding equipment, leaving the yard free of any animal waste, ensuring the pets stay outside unless prior arranged and always off furniture.

UNAVAILABLITY: If the property becomes unavailable for your occupancy due to unforeseen circumstances (eg. fire, storm, damage, etc) then we will inform you immediately and endeavour to obtain suitable alternative accommodation for your stay, if we are unable to do so, all money paid will be refunded in full. Host on the coast will not be liable for additional accommodation costs in the event of these unforseen unavoidable circumstances.

PARTIES & FUNCTIONS: Parties are strictly prohibited. Breach of this will result in immediate eviction without refund and extra charges will apply for any additional, cleaning, garbage removal, repairs which may ocurr. We have the right to evict any guest during their stay if WE deem them to be in breach of the house rules.

LINEN AND TOWELS: We supply all bed linen and towels. They must be left where supplied in the bedrooms or bathroom on departure. Further linen may be hired upon request prior to arrival. Properties with pools will include pool towels for your stay. Any damage or stains requiring additional laundering or replacement of linen will incur a charge or replacement fee. Stays longer than 1 week may request a housekeeping service for cleaning and/or linen servicing charged at a fee.

YOUR OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES: You are responsible for damage, breakages, theft and loss of the property and any part of it during your stay. You must notify us of this immediately if damages occur. We may recover from you repair or replacement costs. Occupancy must not exceed the agreed number booked for or the maximum listed as occupancy in the house description. Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise at anytime (day or night), is prohibited and may result in termination and eviction without refund and extra charges may be made for security and other expenses. Noise should not be heard from outside the property after 10pm. Call outs: Lost keys/lock outs will incur a $100 call out fee for management to provide access plus the cost of replacement keys if required.

Upon departure, all food must be removed from fridges, all rubbish put in the appropriate council rubbish bins provided, crockery and cutlery washed and packed away, dishwasher emptied. If there is a BBQ onsite, it must be cleaned after use, failure will incur a $100 fee. You are responsible for removing any excess rubbish that does not fit in the outside bins. Excess rubbish charges will apply for any rubbish that is left behind (exceeds rubbish bin capacity). The Property must be left in a clean and tidy condition. Extra cleaning charges will be incurred for the cleaning (but not limited to) of dirty dishes, dishwasher emptying, emptying the fridge, removal of excessive rubbish and so forth. All furniture and furnishings must be left in the position they were in when you arrived. Smoking is not permitted in the Property. A $400 fee will be applied to any property found to have been smoked in. No illicit drugs to be brought onto the property or persons under the influence to be allowed onto the property. You must allow repair/service access to the property during reasonable hours. Host on the Coast is not liable for any damage or loss of property during your stay.

Great Little Find
Accom was all that we needed. Great space, lots of seating and good space outside. Nicely renovated. Would like fand in all bedrooms. Really felt the heat. Nice breeze through the front door was lovely. Spacious bathroom. Easy access to shops, supermarkets etc. Short drive to Barwon Heads and surrounding beaches and attractions. Had a great lunch at The Dunes. Fantastic View across the water. Breakfast at the Wharf at Queenscliff was fun too. Great area. Will definitely be back. Good communication with the host too.

A wonderful place to rest and relax with lovely indoor / outdoor areas. A secure yard for my dog to play and enjoy the sun. This house has everything you need for a couple or family break. All 3 bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. We would definitely recommend and we would definitely return.

Fantastic place to stay. Very clean and comfortable. Our furry friend loved it also. Secure fencing and grass to play on. Close to shops and 5min drive to beach is fantastic. Loved it and will be back for sure.

Well equipped property, close to beach
Great home to call base while you visit the Ocean Grove region. Has everything you need, wall equipped kitchen. Large bedroom, modern bathroom, excellent private and secure back garden. We stayed with our two dogs, they loved it, we loved it.

Minor problems.
We had a problem with the BBQ. The foil tray underneath had not been changed for a long time, when we tried to use it, it caught fire. I notified our host of the problem. There was no rubbish bin in the onsuit, and i had to spray the 1000s of mosquito's near the front door in the alcove. Everything else was fine.
